I’m here to take your dog on walks, to play, feed your pet if you’re gone, care for them overnight, at your place or mine! About: I’ve taken care of cats ever since I was 13 at my own home, and I’ve helped friends and family members walk, play with, and care for their dogs (and cats) for many years. About: When it comes to family pets, from tiny little munchkin cat breed all the way to Irish Wolfhound, they all deserve the love and respect as a extended family member (or sometime even as our own fur baby). Being raised around Chows and Aussie Shepards, I have experience in both “aggressive” and friendly breeds. A critter is only as bad as the owner. As long as there is at least 24-48hr notification, I’m a pretty flexible person. Seven days a week I’d be available to drop in and say hi, play a little, feed and do potty breaks. Clean as I go to include litter boxes. If being asked to stay overnight, it would be at your location for the best comfort of the animal. My house is a fenced in yard. We typically, based on weather, have my pups run outside once very 2/3 hours. Outside of that, we do regular walks up to 2 miles at least twice a week (again, based on weather). We play games like catch and hidden treat games for enrichment. For the family cat, he is currently maintained by one of my kids but, we allow him free roam and sometimes trips outside on a leash. He has a XXL dog kennel that we will set up when we are outside and he wants to join us to ensure he is bird safe. He very much likes to be a window watcher and enjoys the squirrels a little more than my dogs.
About: I have had dogs all my life and I got my second dog from volunteering from shelter. I love all animals and love having play dates. I am a graduated nursing student who still loves taking care of dogs. Having two of my own makes my day when I come home. I am currently home most days due to graduating and will be starting my nursing career in December. I work on campus two days a week for 5 hrs per day with a grant funded program. I also love to foster puppies when I get the chance, even though they can be really tricky. I raised my puppy malibu during quarantine and took care of her constantly making sure she was potty trained and getting all her puppy energy out. I also know how to treat older pups because of one of mine that recently passed away due to health issues. she was diabetic and needed insulin shots daily and constant care. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
