In our family we have 5 children and 2 grandchildren, 3 smaller dogs, and 2 cats. I can promise to give your sweet babies the best care and reassurance I can while you are away. I am a stay at home momma so it makes it easy for outside play and potty breaks. I look forward to loving on your loves. She has walked my husky, Niko, for a few weeks now. He absolutely loves her! She is always friendly, on time, flexible with my schedule if I need to change something, and always keeps me updated on how he did on his walk with information and pictures. She even runs a little bit sometimes with Niko (which is great to tire him out). Niko is a better dog because of Mary Helen! About: New to Rover, but not new to pet care! I grew up with a golden retriever named Daisy and a lovable mutt named Roxie, and more recently became a cat mom to Tortellini. I am a reliable, communicative caregiver who treats every pet like my own. Whether it is a walk around Lake Murray, a game of laser tag with your cat, playtime in the backyard or sticking to your pet's routine, I will keep you updated with photos and messages while you are apart. My goal is to help your pet feel comfortable and cared for while they miss you and give you peace of mind while you miss them. I am a full-time alumni manager and instructor with flexible work hours from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Depending on your pet’s needs, I can provide visits early in the morning, during my lunch break, and in the evening after work. Each client is unique in their needs, and I am happy to tailor my care to what works best for you, including your preferred method and frequency of updates.

About: I’ve grown up around all types of pets and absolutely love all animals! We’ve had an array of animals in our house growing up such as a German shepherd, parakeets, love birds, hamsters, gerbils, hermit crabs, and Jack Russell terriers! I now own three dogs! We have a super sweet labrador, a frenchie, and a boxer-pit mix. We love taking our big dogs on hikes and out to socialize any chance we get! Daily walks and outside time are a must for our pups and we love every minute of it. I have experience with IVDD and surgeries to follow with my French Bulldog. With that being said, I have first hand experience with caring for a medically fragile animal, administering medications, and seeing signs of discomfort in animals. As a pet owner and lover I know the importance of making sure you have someone you trust with your animal babies! I’m transitioning from being in the classroom full time to substitute teaching once school starts back up. I am free for the summer and will have flexibility in my schedule, especially for afternoons and evenings. I take my own pups out for a walk at least twice a day morning and evening. They also have outside time at least 3-4 times a day for 20+ minutes. If you choose to have your pet board with us we have a full privacy fenced backyard. We also have crates and gated off rooms to separate pups in they need a break or some down time. Our neighborhood is very walkable and private with low traffic.

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes! My neighbor was a dog breeder and would rely on me to help take care and walk the puppies for them. I currently own a Morkie and a lab/pit mix that love going for walks! I currently work in health care full time but I have 3 days off during the week and look forward to filling that time off taking care of your pet! I will make sure your pet is completely comfortable around me, I will make sure I get to know them and their favorite things to do ie. feeding time, walking and play time!

I also have a job at The Woods Canine Resort and Spa where I tend to many dogs every day. I have a part-time job, so I have plenty of time in my schedule to take care of dogs. About: I love being around all animals. I can’t wait to meet everyone’s animals. I used to work at a dog daycare and boarding place so I am good with overnight stays!! At the moment I stay at home so I am pretty flexible. I would be able to come over whenever needed. If overnight stay is needed, I would love too! I have an open yard so if dog daycare is needed they would be able to run around all day. I wouldn’t be able to do boarding at my place as I live with my mom.
