He took such great care of him and sent me pictures throughout his stay, which I really appreciated. Even within the first 10 minutes, I texted to check on Mateo, and Nick reassured me that he was doing great and that he was enjoying his company. His communication was amazing, and he really took the extra steps to make sure Mateo was comfortable and well taken care of. As someone with a reactive dog, I’m VERY particular about who I trust to watch him, so I’m really glad I found Nick. Anytime I’m traveling to Columbia and need someone to watch Mateo, Nick will definitely be my first choice!”
“She was wonderful with Spike! It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was being so well cared for while we were away. Her 3-year-old absolutely loved him, which was one of the sweetest parts of the whole experience. Spike was a little shy about eating at first, so she actually hand-fed him his breakfast until he felt comfortable enough to eat. That told me everything I needed to know about how loved and cared for he was while we were gone. Spike came home happy and clearly very comfortable with his stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be reaching out to her again the next time we need someone to keep him. Highly recommend!”

He suggested a meet and greet before we committed to the appointment; we accepted and got a great vibe from the start. Our dog is older and has some personality quirks and a little separation anxiety. Michael and his wife were able to easily deal with her and show her a good time, keeping us updated daily with pics and texts. They accommodated Birdie's preferred sleeping arrangements and gave her plenty of opportunity to socialize with people and other dogs in a low stress environment, which was a huge reason we didn't want to send her to a typical kennel/pet spa. Additionally, Birdie had some minor stomach issues while we were out of town and they kept us informed and updated and gave us a reliable opinion on if/when she should be taken to a vet.
