That told me everything I needed to know about how loved and cared for he was while we were gone. Spike came home happy and clearly very comfortable with his stay. “I'd recommend Michael to anyone. We were first time Rover users and a little nervous. He suggested a meet and greet before we committed to the appointment; we accepted and got a great vibe from the start. Our dog is older and has some personality quirks and a little separation anxiety. Michael and his wife were able to easily deal with her and show her a good time, keeping us updated daily with pics and texts. They accommodated Birdie's preferred sleeping arrangements and gave her plenty of opportunity to socialize with people and other dogs in a low stress environment, which was a huge reason we didn't want to send her to a typical kennel/pet spa. Additionally, Birdie had some minor stomach issues while we were out of town and they kept us informed and updated and gave us a reliable opinion on if/when she should be taken to a vet. They watched Birdie for a week and we got her back happy and healthy, and we wouldn't hesitate to send her to them again in the future.”
