“100% recommended! I have three adult Shih Tzu dogs and I've never left them with anyone before, but I had an emergency trip and Nontombe was my support and salvation to take care of my babies. She took all the precautions I asked her to with them, and amazingly they adjusted to her quickly. Not only did she make me feel comfortable, but my babies also had a great time. I would definitely hire her services again! Nontombe is a lovely person, very kind and patient❤️”

“I'd recommend Michael to anyone. We were first time Rover users and a little nervous. He suggested a meet and greet before we committed to the appointment; we accepted and got a great vibe from the start. Our dog is older and has some personality quirks and a little separation anxiety. Michael and his wife were able to easily deal with her and show her a good time, keeping us updated daily with pics and texts. They accommodated Birdie's preferred sleeping arrangements and gave her plenty of opportunity to socialize with people and other dogs in a low stress environment, which was a huge reason we didn't want to send her to a typical kennel/pet spa. Additionally, Birdie had some minor stomach issues while we were out of town and they kept us informed and updated and gave us a reliable opinion on if/when she should be taken to a vet. They watched Birdie for a week and we got her back happy and healthy, and we wouldn't hesitate to send her to them again in the future.”
