“Heather is great with our cats. They get such good care that they’re less stressed about us being gone. And she’s helped the shy ones gain confidence around new people. She’s also takes great care of the house. Highly recommended!”

“Cindy has been so wonderful with our pups! My fiancé and I both work long hours and often work on the same days. Cindy is able to check on our pups, help them expend energy, and make sure they are safe and cared for. She goes above and beyond expectations for our furry family members!”

About: I've had a passion for animals since I was a kid, have dog and cat experience. Our pets are our family and I would treat your pets the same loving way. I'm home from college for the summer, my schedule is pretty flexible. Drop in visits or overnight at your home. I will keep your pets safe and busy. I love walking and playing with dogs and cats. I'm great with puppies...they need frequent potty breaks! Expect lots of photos while I'm with your pets!

About: I'm a very active retiree in the Hyde Park neigborhood that loves to walk my border collie, Martha. My wife and I have had two previous dogs (a labrador and an aussie) as well as 4 cats. Neighbors, family and friends have always depended on us to take care of their pets and we will take excellent care of your dog or cat! As a retiree, I will modify my schedule to meet the needs of your pets! I won't have any greater priorities or distraction from giving them the best care possible! If you are boarding your dog with me, I will walk and or play with your dog in my .75 acre lot located at the end of a court which provides a very safe enviroment. Additionally we have a large home (~4,500 sq. feet) which provides a large indoor play area for your dog or cat.

About: I started taking care of animals at 7, when I got into horse riding. I have been riding ever since! We got our first dog in 2018 from the shelter, and now we have a senior dog who needs special attention. I volunteer with Action for Animals and take care of kitties who are up for adoption! My family and friends have trusted me to care for their pets for years. I have experience caring for anxious pets and those who take medication. I work part time, 3-4 days per week currently. I can make my own schedule at work so I can be flexible for longer stays. I am moving back to Bloomington for school on August 18. I am more than happy to meet up or FaceTime before starting. I will send updates and pictures often. My top priority is keeping your pet safe!

About: I have taken care of animals for friends and family for years! I love taking care of dogs and cats, and giving them extra love. I’m temporarily unemployed (actively looking for a job) so I have all the availability in the world. Once I have a new position, I’ll readjust! I’m a very adaptable person who love rules and information, I’ll always work closely with you to ensure your fur babies’ have the consistency needed.

About: I've had my 2 cats and dogs for 12 years and adore them! I make new feline and canine friends easily so I'm happy to sit/walk yours as well! My work schedule is light right now so I have a lot of availability for sittings and walks and have done this a lot for friends. I am open to your specific directions for caring for your animals and am flexible. Write down any specific details and I will follow them. I am trustworthy and have house sat and dog walked for many friends and neighbors! People count on me!

About: I took care of my own dog for about 10 years. After she unfortunately passed away due to old age, I craved to be around dogs again and began dog sitting for friends and family with one of my best friends. Through this I have walked, fed, played with, etc many different dog types and breeds. In the summers I watch over many dogs as their families go away for weekends and vacations. I would like to continue this as the school year starts up. I am a college student, but only have 2 classes a day and can be with your furry friends for quite awhile and give them lots of attention if need be. I will respectfully follow any rules you have for your furry friends. Whether that is to stay within a fenced area, keep them crated, let them roam free, whatever it may be. I know all dogs are different and I will respect whatever the owner’s rules are for their pet.

“Lauren did a great job watching my boys! She was easy to communicate with, quick to make care adjustments as requested, and I came home to two happy, healthy cats!”

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was young, and I’ve turned that love into real experience by volunteering at The Pipsqueakery, where I worked with a variety of animals needing special care. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, administer medication, and give lots of love to their pets—especially dogs and small animals. My background in sustainability also reflects my deep respect for animals and the environment they live in. I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and always make sure every pet feels safe and cared for. I’m a current out-of-state student who has classes from the early morning until afternoon, leaving my late afternoons and evenings available. I have full availability on Friday and the weekends. I have taught my dog to be crate-trained and how to walk on the leash. I care for her by taking her on frequent walks and by playing with her and giving her mental stimulation.

“Brianna was so responsive and accommodating. She took great care of my cat and sent photos and even a sweet video. You could see that Brianna cared and did a great job! Thank you so much!”

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a child growing up in a household full of animals. I'm used to all dog sizes, breeds, and ages, having had a pitbull, chow chow, and elderly dogs myself. I'm here to put your mind at ease that your pet is in great hands :) I'm also a plant lover and have a green thumb, if you need any plant care! I'm currently working remotely, so I can adapt my schedule to your pets needs. Early in the morning, around lunch hours, and after 6pm is best for drop-ins, and my remote work allows me to stay over on nights / house sit if needed. I will always approach your pet however best you recommend - every pet is different, and I want to be sure I respect the ways that work best for them to adjust to having a new person in their home. Of course, I always use a soft voice, treats, and affection to ease them into it.

About: I have grown up with three german shepherds as well as have a lot of experience in caring for pitbulls, labs, etc. I love dogs of all sizes and temperaments and am comfortable with knowing how to take full care of them. I currently work part-time, but would love to take care of pets whenever I have the time! On my days off I am able to stay with the pets and on days I work I am still wanting to do drop-ins, have playtime, and go on walks! If the pet needs to have certain rules such as staying in the fence, being crated, etc. I am able to do so while still caring for your pet!

About: I have lived with dogs and cats my entire life. I've trained and raised my own rescue dog (100lbs), but I've lived/worked with many pet personalities--ranging from timid kittens and blind chihuahuas all the way to a disabled senior St. Bernard and aggressive German Shepherd. I have a deep compassion for all animals, so I am always eager to make more furry friends! I work two part-time jobs, both of which are very independently driven/flexible, so I am able to work within whatever schedule works best for you and your pet. I am experienced with animals of all demeanors and training levels, so I am able to adapt quickly to their specific needs to ensure their comfort and safety.

About: I have worked with animal shelter dogs for over one year, and am used to dogs with various temperaments and treatment needs. I am a huge animal lover and in addition to being a someone that will provide basic needs for your dog, I will also provide love and affection while you are away! As a PhD student who is finished with coursework, my research schedule can be pretty flexible, and I can change what I need to do schedule wise on most weeks. I can prioritize pet care times and work my grad school schedule around these times. As someone who is able to house sit in client's homes, I will be able to take care of any breed of dog through feeding them and regular potty breaks, and can ensure regular walks/playtime as well. I am very attune to different dogs having different personalities and needs, and can adjust as needed to client wishes/concerns.

About: I've taken care of cats for about 12 years and I'm very good with my friends' dogs. I tend to get along very well with animals and I love taking care of them! I'm currently a student but am fairly flexible when it comes to figuring out times to take care of your pet! Let me know your needs and I will do my best to fulfill them. I am very patient and kind with animals. I'll make sure I'm thorough about discussing your pets' needs with you and will follow your instructions well

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life and have an 11 month old Bernedoodle myself. I am very experienced in taking care of high energy puppies/dogs or dogs not perfect on the leash. My parents also have a senior dog so am very familiar with senior pet care. I am here to help with walks, pets, and even feedings! I currently am taking school courses, but when not in class am free to help out. I am willing to work with you and your dogs scheudle! I always bring treats on walks to continue positive reinforcement and am very conscious of other dogs on walks. I can adapt to your dogs needs!

Brenley M.
“Brenley did a fantastic job watching my 2 pugs and leopard geko for 2+ weeks while we were out of the country. She sent updates and photos the whole time and left the house spotless. The weather was very hot but she made sure to take the dogs on short walks in early in the morning so they could still get exercise. She even washed our bedding and watered my plants for me, and then left a lovely note for us when we got home. The dogs were happy to have Brenley here. I will definitely be asking her to pet & house sit again!”

“Kaiya is fantastic with animals, and especially with dogs! She grew up in household with no fewer than two, and most of her life with four dogs that were well cared for and very loved. After graduating from college she quickly welcomed dogs in need into her own home. She adopted a dog that was stray, near ferrel, large, and quite imposing and with time, attention, and affection transformes her into one of the most kind and well behaved dogs I have known. Kaiya knows dogs, loves dogs, and treats them with kindness and respect. I highly recommend her for pet care!”

Jonah W.
“Jonah has a really calming energy when it comes to being around all animals. I have worked with him at the animal shelter with the dogs and he is able to connect to the dogs in a way that a lot of people are not able to in a short period of time. Jonah really cares for the dogs and treats them like they are his own and takes really good care of them when he walks and plays with them! I have seen dogs and cats open up around him and I can tell Jonah also loves being around them as well! Anyone would be lucky to have Jonah watch their animals!”
