“Michelle was great! Our dog, Ella, is very shy and scared of new places and people. We did a meet and greet and then did an overnight to see how Ella would do. Michelle was so patient with her and took it at Ella’s pace. We really appreciated that. We got updates and pics, which were great and reassuring. I knew we left Ella in good hands.”
