About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life—raising and training my own pups and working as a Rover sitter and walker. My current dog Kona is a senior now, and after stepping back to focus on her care, I’m excited to open my schedule again. I’m attentive, experienced, and treat every pet like family. I’m able to help take care of your pets weekday evenings and weekends are mostly open. Some holidays will intentionally even be open to make it easy when everyone really needs the help! In your home, I follow your pets routine to keep them comfortable— whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or quiet company. I’ll respect your space and your pets habits to make sure they feel safe and cared for.

“Alex was excellent with our boy (cat). Alex is very patient, calm and caring pet sitter i can see he is true animal lover. He followed all the instructions during the visit. “Eleanor help to drop in and spend some time with Oreo and Whiskey. She took the time to get to know more about Oreo in person especially due to his senior age and various health conditions in person.”

About: Having pet in my childhood helped mE to understand their true affections , all attention needed from us to them is never equal to their affection. I would love to spend time with them , being as volunteer for dog socialize , cat socialize & wild life transport for many years also helped me to know them well . I’m working part time. So based on heads up appointments I can be available . I will let you know my availability for immediate needs if I can accommodate I will be able to take care of them and keep them engaged as much needed as I have been doing cat socializing and dog socializing at the shelters apart from my own pet

About: We’ve had pets all our lives. Currently, we have two cats. Ray wfh, so there is usually always someone home. We’ve watched bunnies, cats, and dogs for friends/family including giving medication. We have had no aggression from our pets with the pets we’ve watched. We also have a second room(atm being used as an office/guest room), so if you want your pet separate from ours pets, that is something we can accommodate. For dogs during boarding, our household prefers dogs that tend to ignore our cats. Also, we have a preference for senior dogs since they tend to be low energy and do not require long walks(over 15 min) to use the restroom. For cats, we have experience with all kinds of energy and ages. If you have a cat with a lot of energy, our Taro girl has shown that she loves playing all the energetic kitties and helps them come out of their shell. However, both our cats can adapt to senior kitties as they both love to lounge. One of us wfh and the other wfh once a week, so we can have someone always home. We are both able to adjust our schedules when we are taking care of other people’s pets such as walks. For friends/family whose pets we’ve watched: we ask for a clear schedule such as when to walk and feed and follow it. We’ve also recently watched a senior dog who needed to be walked more often and given medication. For all pets, we’ve given them some space, especially from our pets and seen if they can interact or not depending on what their owners want. We also try to incorporate playtime if they want that.

“Elise did a great job with Franz (and our plants)! The only thing I’m salty about is that she managed to take cuter photos of him than I’ve ever taken. She gave detailed reports of him every day and cleaned both of his litter boxes. I’m grateful for her being able to pick up his care with short notice. Thank you very much, Elise!”

About: With ten years of experience working with many types of animals ranging from the largest dogs to the smallest kitten (as well as livestock and exotics) in both my perfessional and personal life, I am excited and dedicated to ensuring every animal around me is given the best care I can provide. My years of animal handling have taught me how to ensure the wellbeing and health of all kinds of animals. I am a stay at home wife who previously was taking care of our elderly dog in his advancing age. I have now found myself with more time during the week to dedicate to animal care once more. It is always my top priority to provide every animal with whatever they need to be happy and comfortable, including enrichment and play. Every animal deserves love and respect.

“Isabella did a wonderful job with my two senior dogs! She was gentle, attentive, and very thoughtful. I especially appreciated the detailed updates and all the sweet photos she sent — it really put my mind at ease while I was away. Highly recommend her for anyone needing trustworthy, compassionate care!”

“We love having Sara watch our dog, lilikoi! We love how she treats our dog like her own and gets excited when we ask for her pet caregiving services. She is always responsive, follows the schedule and makes sure our dog eats all her food (even when she is being a brat at times). She always send daily updates/pictures of our dog, which we appreciate. Our dog gets so excited once we pull up to their home because she knows that she’ll have a fun time there while we are away. My husband and I highly recommend Sara as a pet caregiver here. Your dog will be in great hands and will be so spoiled and loved under her care!”

Blacow pet parents share their Rover experiences
Siqin was a wonderful sitter for my 2 year old border collie. She was very responsive and helped take care of my dog last minute. I would highly recommend booking her and I will definitely rebook her next time we have to travel. I know I can trust my dog to her.

Catherine was very prompt and responsive. Although our kitties did not make an appearance (they are hiders), she was diligent in making sure they had all the necessities and took pictures of everything she did. She was a pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend!

Jakelyn is wonderful! We first arranged a meet-and-greet so she could become familiar with my cats’ needs. She did an awesome job while I was away. She wrote detailed notes and sent pictures to inform me that my fur babies were doing well. She followed all my instructions and was punctual for every visit. I highly recommend Jakelyn! Thank you for taking care of my cats!! 🐱

We met Raheela on the first day. Our first impressions were that she seemed very kind, gentle, and you could tell she cared about cats. She hit it off with our cat, Gigi, right away. She played with her, picked her up, and did a great job getting to know her. While we were gone, she came at the time she said she would and stayed the amount of time we asked her to stay. During hers stay, she played with her, fed her, and sent us pictures and videos of her time at our house. She was even able to figure out that Gigi likes to be pet and played with but not to be held. So amazing! We highly recommend Raheela. She will do an excellent job with your cat.

I had a great experience with Maria! She was incredibly nice, accommodating, and made sure my dog felt comfortable while I was away. It’s clear she genuinely cares about animals. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a reliable and kind dog sitter, and I will certainly use her services again in the future!

We have had Christina cat sit for us three times, and she is amazing! We highly recommend her. We have a new rambunctious kitten and a 7-year-old cat who needs to take medication in her food. We were having trouble getting our cat to take her medicine, but Christina figured out a method so now she takes all of her medicine! Our kitten had a potential problem and Christina FaceTimed us. Christina also takes a lot of cute pictures, writes up detailed summaries of her visits, plays well with our cats, helps problem solve any issues that come up, and helps take out the trash. We referred our friends to Christina for cat sitting, and they thought she was amazing as well. Thank you Christina!

Thank you to Issel for caring for my pets while I was out of town. This is the second time I have asked Issel to look in on my pets while on vacation, and she has been great both times. I knew I would be going out of town several months before my trip, so I checked in with her early to see if she was available because she did such a good job the first time. It was so nice having peace of mind that my pets were being taken care of with someone reliable that I trust. Next time I go out of town I will definitely request for her services again!
