About: I've watched dogs for others for years, starting with my former dance instructor when I was a teenager to now and my client list has grown exponentially over the years through word of mouth. While most of the dogs I've cared for are seniors and have a special place in my heart, including my own now, I also love to care for those with more high energy and enjoy walking and playing. I make sure to communicate any issues that arise as soon as possible and accommodate to your pets needs as if they were my own. I currently work full-time, but can dedicate lots of love and attention to your pet whenever I'm off work or on my lunch break if it’s close by. I will make sure your pet gets plenty of food, rest, and exercise depending on yours and their needs. When pet sitting, I like to make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable in their own environment. I know having a new body around can be stressful, but I always manage to have pets feel comfortable and happy when I'm around. I also clean up after myself, to the point where you won't even know I was there, as well as your pet if there are any messes that need to be cleaned--bathroom accidents, vomit, etc, I've cleaned it all!

About: I am a responsible, caring animal lover with many years of personal experience looking after pets. Before moving to the United States, I had different animals throughout my life. They were always part of my family. I have cared for animals through every stage of life, from birth to old age, including during illness and at the end of their lives. These experiences taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of paying attention to each animal’s individual needs. I truly miss having animals in my everyday life, and I would love to help you care for yours. I will follow your instructions carefully and give your pet kindness, attention, and companionship. I currently work only on Tuesdays and Fridays, so I am available on the other days of the week. I offer drop-in visits to care for your pets in your home, as well as dog walking. I would be happy to give your pets care, attention, and companionship while you are away. During home visits and walks, I will follow your care and safety instructions carefully. I will respect your home, make sure doors and gates are securely closed, and keep your dog on a leash during walks. Please share any special needs so I can provide attentive care.

Because I am not tied to a typical 9-to-5 office routine, I can offer your pet more than just a quick check-in—I am available for extended walks, midday play sessions, or simply staying present to keep a senior dog or anxious pup company (~30 minutes, if needed). Whether you need a regular weekday routine or last-minute weekend help, I can easily integrate your pet’s needs into my day. Safety and reliability are my top priorities. As a longtime rescue owner and university professional, I treat every pet with the same vigilance and care I give my own. In Your Home & On Walks: I am a respectful guest and a focused handler. I provide my own reliable transportation and come prepared with spare leashes and waste bags. During walks, I am hyper-aware of surroundings to ensure a safe, stress-free experience. In My Home: My environment is fully pet-proofed and secure, featuring a fenced-in yard with no environmental risks. Because of my flexible summer schedule, your dog will enjoy constant supervision and a calm, climate-controlled space to relax. Trust & Communication: I strictly follow all care instructions—from meal timings to medication—and provide regular photo updates so you always have peace of mind.

She’s extremely flexible and takes such good care of my dog when my family goes out of town. My dog is getting older and he has become very anxious when we leave. Melissa spends time with him to calm him and make sure he eats his food. While we were gone he didn’t eat for three days and Melissa kept us updated and worked with us to try several approaches. Luckily, we had some nausea medicine and she was able to administer that and get him to eat so we didn’t need to cut our vacation short. She can do it all!! Thank you Melissa!!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs as well as homes for weeks. The most recent one was very fun they had a small older male dog that just loved a lot of attention and would sleep a lot. I have also walked and hiked dogs. I only do school and soccer. I have school two times a week and basically have a practice everyday but other than those activities I’m usually home. I am very caring of my own pets as well as others. I am always making sure a dog always has water and is never too cold or hot. I think it’s important to keep a dog on a routine.

About: Hi! I’m Divya, a big dog lover and the proud owner of a Husky named Yukon, so I’m very comfortable caring for active and energetic dogs. Huskies need a lot of exercise and attention, which has given me great experience with long walks, playtime, and understanding different dog personalities. Over the years my husband and I also watched many friends’ dogs for free while they were away for a day or a weekend. Because of that, I’ve had experience with dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I live in the East Bay and love taking dogs on long walks around the neighborhood or to nearby parks so they can get plenty of exercise and stimulation. Whether your dog needs a walk, a quick bathroom break, or someone to spend time with them while you’re out of town, I’d be happy to help. My husband and I usually are home during the week. Weekends we usually spend a lot of time with our husky. He’s super friendly not overly talkative dog and loves all dogs of all sizes. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and have flexibility to take in a crate or use my dogs large one. We take our dog out 4-5 times a day depending on the day.
