About: 🐾 About Me Hi, I’m Zahira! I’m a dedicated 5 star pet sitter providing reliable, in-home care throughout South Jersey. My goal is to give pets individualized, stress-free care in the comfort of their own home while giving owners complete peace of mind. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I was an aspiring veterinarian before graduating with my Management Information Systems degree. I grew up with a cat, currently have a 15 year old dog named Sport, and have cared for pets both on and off Rover. Building lasting relationships with both pets and their families is one of my favorite parts of this work. 🐾 My Approach I believe great pet care is built on communication, consistency, and attention to detail. Before every first booking, I require a complimentary meet and greet. This allows us to discuss your pet’s routine, personality, medical needs, favorite activities, and anything else that helps them feel comfortable while you’re away. During every stay, I provide regular updates with photos so you can travel knowing your pets are happy and well cared for. 🐾 Why Clients Choose Me * Calm, patient, and dependable care * Personalized attention for every pet * Reliable communication and photo updates * Punctual * Flexible scheduling * Respectful care for both your pets and your home 🐾 Looking Forward to Meeting You I know how important it is to trust someone with both your pets and your home. My goal is to make the process as easy and stress free as possible for both you and your pets. I look forward to meeting you and providing the same level of care I’d want for my own animals. 𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐏𝐄𝐓 𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑 Pet sitting is my primary professional commitment, allowing me to maintain a flexible schedule throughout the week. Whether you’re traveling for work, taking a vacation, or simply need an extra hand during the day, I’m committed to providing dependable, consistent care you can rely on. Please note: The communication metrics displayed on my profile may not fully reflect my level of responsiveness or the number of updates I provide. Some clients prefer receiving updates by text or phone, so not all communication is captured by Rover’s metrics. I pride myself on prompt communication and sending regular photo and video updates so you always know how your pet is doing. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. During house sittings, I work to maintain your pet’s normal routine in the comfort of their own home, helping minimize any worry or concerns while you’re away. I treat every home with the same care and respect I would my own, carefully following all instructions and ensuring your pet receives plenty of love. I’ll also provide regular photo and video updates so you can feel confident that both your pet and home are in good hands! Thank you so much for trusting me with your fur baby 🤍

I enjoy taking dogs on walks, car rides to drive around, a special treat for a pup cup and playing fetch in the yard. I have 2 dogs myself (Rottweiler, and a King Charles Cavalier) who are very rambunctious and always keep me on my toes. I am currently available during the week, weekends and holidays. I am home and available for drop ins, long visits, dog-walks, boarding/overnight visits at your home. I do have a very large fenced in yard for dogs to play in. Multiple crate sizes for dogs and cats along with carriers. For cats- I have multiple cat trees in my home. I do have areas to seperate pets if needed in my 4 story home. About: Hi! I’m Shani, an attentive, responsible and compassionate caregiver who genuinely enjoys spending time with animals. I have a professional background in supporting individuals of all ages and abilities. I bring patience and strong communication skills to each job. I have experience coordinating and managing schedules. I ensure the well-being of those in my care. About: First of all I would like to say that I love dogs. But doesn’t everyone? I have had dogs since I was a little child, labrador retriever and a German Shepherd. I have two children living with me and the third teenager on most weekends. We all love dogs. I can take your dog to the local dog park and run with him/her or I can take them to your neighborhood to walk or mine your preference. I also have an American hairless terrier who doesn’t like the cold or the rain LOL. I also have a kitten that’s about six months old and they get along very well. I am very flexible with pick up and drop off times and I understand that life happens and I can accommodate most requests for changes.

About: I have experience with larger dogs, small dogs, and cats as well. I help cater to any special needs or requests you may have such as administering medicine, special diets, and keeping you updated on their well being. Good for quick walks or staying with your pet overnight. I worked in everyday in Brooklyn, NY as a dog walker/pet sitter from 2019 to 2023. I have since then have been traveling around as a pet sitter for the last two years in-between taking care of some important family business. I have grown up raising German Shepherds all of my life and love to know that I am helping someone's day out by being able to care for their pet while they are not able to. I am currently available for any time and can even travel to you if needed for extended overnight stays. Your pet's needs come first for me. I will care for your pet at your home and follow the routine they are used to. Whatever makes them most comfortable is how I will take good care of them.

About: What sets me apart from other dog caregivers is my genuine love for dogs and the experience I’ve gained from being a dog owner for many years. I currently own a beautiful pit bull that is 11 years old ,her name is Blue. Before my dog Blue, , I owned a miniature pinscher for 14 years who passed away from old age and being ill.I understand that every dog has its own personality, needs, and routines. I enjoy spending time with dogs, making them feel safe, loved, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. Especially knowing how important it is to me, when I am away, to know that my dog is cared for fed, and feels safe. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or simply companionship, I treat every dog with the same care, patience, and affection that I would give my own. I do currently work full-time. Although I work full-time, I am done work at 2:30, and off in the summer. My husband has recently passed away. I have a lot more time on my hands to give your pet a lot of love. I am done work early enough that I can get to an owner‘s house for a dinner feeding for your pet, letting your pet out if you have a fenced yard , if not a walk. Playtime for your pet companionship whatever the case may be my weekends are free and my summer . It is then that I could provide overnight stays. Having a dog myself, I would not provide any services at my home, however, I would gladly come to your house, carefully come in, call your dog’s name and provide whatever services you would like. Those services would include a 15 minute visit or a 30 min visit In a 15 minute visit: *Let dog out/ short walk * Fresh water/ feeding *Lots of attention/ affection 20.00 30 min drop in * Walk/yard time *Feeding / water refresh * playtime/ companionship *Poop cleanup * photo text update- 30.00

Jenny has been unbelievably kind and patient with my shy rescue Jesse. He is responding quickly to her positive energy, learning to be friends and allow her to walk him. • 94% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 96% can help with daily exercise

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
