Dog Walkers in Grenloch, NJ

About: I started using Rover way back in 2013, doing housesitting and dog walks! Took a break for a long time, but I'm on the school schedule so my summer is open! In 2026 I have my own home with a fenced yard, a small dog who loves visitors, and some dog-friendly cats. Your dog will love it here! I'm on school hours, so I wake up early for a morning potty break for my dog, then he eats his breakfast while I get myself put together, then a quick leashed walk. He's alone for about seven hours. We have a potty break, playtime, dinner, an evening leashed walk, and usually another potty break in the yard around 10pm. During the summer break things change a little, my dog is alone a maximum of five hours, I'm not on quite as early a schedule. My yard is fenced! Small dogs can potentially wiggle under my gate, so yard breaks are supervised. I have a patio and many toys as well as plenty of grass to roll around in.

About: I mostly have experience caring for cats, but have gotten very comfortable with a variety of dogs as well. Always up for more time with any pets! About: I am just starting this journey as a dog walker, sitter. Now that I am a retired teacher I can give my time to helping care for other’s pets. I grew up with my one and only Keeshound Pepper. After she passed I never got another dog; however, I love my friend’s and family’s dogs. I also have a beautiful grand dog named Harper. When we had our kids we were never home because all three of them played several travel sports. I never thought it was fair to have a dog. Now that my kids are grown, I feel like I can enjoy helping take care of other people’s pets. Starting mid June I will be down the shore for most of the summer. My main home is in Turnersville. I would be available most weekdays and some weekends. Although my address will show Turnersville, please reach out if you are near Ocean City. I have the flexibility to come down the shore if needed. I also would like to do this to motivate me to get out and exercise more while enjoying time with your pets. I just retired from being a special education teacher after 28 years.
