About: I adopted my first dog, Chilli, in 2000. Since then, I’ve had the joy of rescuing and raising Ruby, Beatrice, and Porkchop. 5 year old Lucy is a part of our family now! We love welcoming new friends for visits. We have a fully fenced backyard, plenty of space for playing, napping, and cuddling, and we’re located in a neighborhood made for long, leisurely walks. I also enjoy taking photos and am happy to send you updates as often (or as little) as you’d like. Schedule a meet-and-greet with us! We can’t wait to meet you! On the days I work from home and on weekends, we would love to have a dog-friend join us for the day, or for an overnight. If we’re somewhat neighbors, I am also available for walks over the weekend and possibly on weeknight(s). I have a fenced-in yard, home security, smoke and CO alarm. I do not crate our dog Lucy, but if you need me to do so for your dog, consider it done! I walk her in her harness around safe neighborhoods like Oak Hill in Pawtucket and on the East Side of Providence. I refrain from dog parks because I feel she is more comfortable with one on one play, but if there is a certain park you'd like me to take your dog to, I'd be happy to.

About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies who still live with my parents at the ripe old age of 14 (still pups to me though). I helped to care for a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I also looked after dogs in my old neighborhood, walking and running in the park, and even learning patience from various adorable, but menacing, puppies. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

About: I have 5 years of dog watching experience. I watch 7 dogs around the apartment complex and have a dog named Bonnie who is well socialized and happy to play! You’re dog will have plenty of company, access to a closed in yard, and walks throughout the day! I work remote and am home all the time to have eyes on your pup! I also have a 2 1/2 year old dog myself. Im known around the complex to be available, so I do end up watching a lot of dogs are the complex. I have an enclosed yard within the complex that dogs can run around in. Since I work from home, Im able to take dogs on walks and let them out pretty frequently. My dog is very well trained to other dogs and will either play or just relax depending on the other dogs

Sheryl was super kind, sweet, reliable and responsible. She started off with a meet and great, which was great because I was able to see where Kobe would be staying and releasing himself. Her fence is closed in and protected. Funny enough, during the meet and greet, another neighbor dog was left unattended and Sheryl made sure that dog was back home safe. I think it was a way of showing her love for animals and knowing they will be in safe hands. ❤️ Thank you for your flexibility. As a first responder, our job is unpredictable with even more unpredictable hours and Sheryl was very accommodating to the late call I received when it was getting closer to pick up time and arraigning alternative pick up with a family member. I recommend her to anyone!
Sarah is an amazing dog sitter. I brought my puppy to last minute after my regular sitter had a sudden conflict for the next. She responded to my booking request quickly, and we had a friendly and professional conversation about Brooksby’s food etc. She followed all my directions, and went above and beyond with Brooksby’s care, and was communicative with texts and photos.
