About: I've cared for pets of all sizes and personalities, from my own 3 pound Yorkie to 100 pound German Shepherds, as well as cats! I know every pet is unique, so I take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, young, or older, I'll provide reliable, attentive care and treat them like they're part of my own family. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine because I'm currently attending college online, which means I'm home most of the day and have a very flexible schedule. I'm available on both weekdays and weekends! Since I'm home, your pet will get plenty of attention, care, and companionship rather than being left alone for long periods. I live in an apartment, but we have a fenced dog area where pets can safely get outside time and enjoy some play. I also take dogs on daily walks to help them stay active and happy. I have a friendly dog of my own who loves having a companion around, but I always make sure to respect each pet’s individual personality and comfort level. About: I've had the gift of house/pet sitting for over 10 years, and it is without a doubt the most rewarding job I've ever experienced! Personally, I've had dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, horses, and hermit crabs as pets, besides the odd rescued baby bird, bunny, or mouse. On top of cats, dogs, and fish, I've had the opportunity to care for alpacas, an African grey parrot, and saltwater fish/reefs, while pet sitting. Every animal I encounter has its own identity and temperament, which is always fun and interesting to observe and base my care on. I feel like such a winner when I get a standoffish animal to trust me! Throughout my life I've had an array of animals to bond with, though for a long period recently we had just one cat. Mournfully, a few years ago, my dad and I had to part with our beloved Stevie. She was our close companion for over 15 years, and I still miss her immensely. Her quirks and routines still cross my mind, which brings all the things that made her unique and lovable up into my heart. Pet sitting warms my heart, and definitely fills the need that I still have for animal companionship (but without the heartbreak). Pet sitting is a way for me to have the joy of loving and caring for a pet in an empathetic way: in their own home, on their own schedule, stepping into their owner's (figurative) shoes for a bit, to make *everyone* more comfortable. Time and again, it's proven to be the best way I've found to give personalized care to precious pets, and allow owners to truly enjoy their time away. My part-time library job offers me a lot of flexibility, leaving me the opportunity to do more of what I love. Traveling, exploring new areas, experiencing new food, going to music events, working out/walking, spiritual activities, and creative endeavors have a place in my life because of this balance. Of course that also includes one of the most rewarding ways to punctuate my life: house and pet sitting! I base my care around the individual needs of the pet and owner! I grew up on a ranch and have cared for many different animals over the years. I’ve had dogs my whole life. I have experience with blind and deaf dogs as well. I have one dog that is 5 years old. He is fun and loving. He is a medium size dog who would love a playmate on the weekends! I often take my dog to the dog park or to the beach for walks and play. Your best friend would be safe and have lots of love here. If you’d like more information just ask. I am available weekends and some afternoons/evenings. I offer doggy day care or overnight care as well. Let me know what your pets needs are. I have a fenced grassy back yard with shade. Pets are also allowed in my house. If your pet sleeps in a crate I can do that or if they sleep on the couch or a bed I can do that as well. I am flexible with their needs.

I have raised 2 of them from puppyhood all the way to healthy adults. I also offer dog washing in a professional dog grooming tub, and I have 3 years of experience in dog washing. About: I’ve taken care of every animal that i’ve ever met! I grew up with 7 dogs and 6 cats! All of our family friends trusted me to stay and watch their loved ones when they couldn’t take them on vacation with them. I was on bathing and feeding duty but really just listened to what the animal wants whether it’s all the pets in the world, a lap to sit on, a friend to play with, or to silently judge from the other side of the room either way both of us are enjoying each others company. My two girls Annie and Daisy both sleep on top of me every night. They have running water fountains a litter robot in the room they go in when supervised and a regular robot for unsupervised time. About: I’ve cared for my own dogs and cats for over 30 years and have also fostered kittens for the animal shelter that I later adopted. I am a substitute teacher during the regular school year and am otherwise a DoorDash driver. I would work my schedule around what you need. At the animal shelter I volunteered for both Orcutt and Santa Maria and I was there for about 2 years. I now work at the Santa Barbara Humane where I handle several different temperaments of animals and about to hit my 2 years working there. I’m currently working 4 10’s where i get 3 days of to enjoy the day with your babies. On the days that i do work i’m able to do drop ins during my lunch and after work at around 6.
