About: Hello! I work for an animal sanctuary during the week (administrative work, husbandry, diet management, volunteer training, dog training). I lived in the Dominican Republic for several years where I rescued ill and injured animals and would care for them until their passing. I cared for up to 22 animals at once. I have experience in both senior and neonate care. I grew up with animals since birth and began taking care of them at 12, and am now in my mid-thirties. I also have experience with farm animals and exotic animals. I obtained a certificate in Ambassador Animal Husbandry and Management in 2025 from the American Association of Zookeepers. My experience with positive reinforcement training (with a clicker) comes from the American Association of Zookeepers annual conference, time spent with my uncle who is a retired obedience and protection dog trainer and USCA judge, and using positive reinforcement training to train our two large breed puppies at my work. I also have experience training my own dogs and with desensitizing feral kittens and even one feral adult cat to become domestic pets (from my time in the Dominican Republic). I have completed multiple courses in animal training (operant conditioning), animal welfare, animal behavior, zoonotic diseases, animal nutrition, enrichment, neonate care, safe handling and restraint, emergency recall, and animal transportation. Hablo español Falo português I work for an animal sanctuary Monday through Friday (early morning till mid afternoon). I am free on weekends and also have limited availability during late afternoon/evening hours on weekdays. I am currently only offering care in clients' homes. I request that the client either writes any specific instructions or requests prior to booking so I can be aware of the exact service(s) and schedule they are requesting. The only request I have had that I was not comfortable with from a potential client was to leave them in a crate for a period of time in which I did not believe to be humane/ethical, but luckily this was discussed prior to meeting so we just had a friendly mutual agreement that we weren't the right fit for each other.

About: I have a Great Dane and seven cats. I have also done dog sitting for family friends many times, sometimes for several days at a time. I am not currently working, so I am available any day and time from 7am-9pm, and I can also stay 24/7 in the client’s home. I don’t drive myself, but I have reliable transportation to and from the client’s home. I will treat your fur baby as if they’re my own, and they will get the absolute best of care with me, 100 percent of the time.

Your pets will feel comfortable and will be well taken care of from just a walk, a quick bathroom break, or even petsitting to keep them happy in their own home for you wonderful owners! About: I’ve cared for my own dogs and cats for over 30 years and have also fostered kittens for the animal shelter that I later adopted. I am a substitute teacher during the regular school year and am otherwise a DoorDash driver. I would work my schedule around what you need.
