About: Experienced pet-sitter with a widely flexible schedule available for any needs you may have for your pet! On top of pet-sitting and day trip/walking experience I have experience as an assistant groomer from working for The Green Groomer in Northampton, MA which you are welcome to get in touch with as a reference. I also worked at a Dog Daycare in the Boston area before moving to Western MA, where I was involved with many responsibilities surrounding the pups including providing their meals, pick-ups/drop-offs, de-escalation of conflict, and general moderation of behavior. Working in this field has granted me the opportunity to work with dogs of all temperaments, ages, and sizes and has taught me how to interact with pups from all walks of life. On top of that I have experience with bathing, nails, and ear cleanings from my time at the Green Groomer. My schedule is extremely flexible, with open availability during the week before 3PM, making check-ins during the work day hassle free, and my shift never getting out later than 10:30PM, so overnight boardings are still not a problem during my work week. I also have Friday-Sundays off so long weekend boardings are always an option. Please let me know in advance of any house rules for your pup (i.e furniture rules, dietary restrictions, routine scheduling) and I will be sure to follow them with the same consistency you would. In regards to boarding with me they would be boarded in a pet-free, smoke-free, child-free condo with a large unfenced yard in the back for leashed outings when needed!

About: I've worked with a variety of dogs, cats and exotic animals since I was a teenager. From walking and caring for Pittbulls, Labradors to teacup dogs. I've also cared for my own German Shepard from childhood. I currently care for an elderly kitty and do my best to minimize his hip pain and care for his ear irriation with vet recommendation ear drops. My schedule is flexible due to my work in freelancing, I am available almost all hours as long as I am given a 24-48 hours heads up. I will cater my services to your pets needs ensuring they are getting the most while you are away. I understand that every pet is different and will have specific needs. Whether that be actively playing or walking your energetic dog until they are tuckered out for the evening or ensuring your senior dog is able to enjoy his walk at a slow leisure pace and hang out with them for however long is needed to make sure they aren't lonely. I read instructions carefully to make sure pill doses are correctly given at the times needed, enclosures are properly lit and cleaned, and food is given correctly. I am open to pets that have specific needs.

About: Ive been caring for pets for many years. I had a dog walking business over a decade ago. We taken care of our own and others elderly dogs. We like taking dogs on long off leash walks in groups if possible. Dogs are always welcome to cuddle up on the furniture. Im a stay at home-mom, homeschooling. We go to play groups and trips but we can plan our day around dog walks. We take the dogs out first thing in the morning on leash as our yard isnt fenced. I have worked as a veterinary technician and earned an Animal Science degree, and can’t wait to provide the best possible care for your animals. I love hiking on the weekends, and will take your dogs on anywhere from a leisurely walk in the neighborhood to a more strenuous 5 mile hike in one of the local state parks, depending on their needs. I live in a dog-friendly apartment complex with plenty of space to walk during the day, and a cozy, quiet apartment for a calm and relaxing environment. I don’t have any dogs or cats of my own, so if your pet does not like other animals, that is no problem here. I am looking forward to meeting you and your animals! I am a PhD student at Clemson, and typically am home most of the day. I can accommodate any time-consuming medical or behavioral needs. On week days, I typically do a long walk in the evening, and weekends typically involve a longer walk or hike in a local park. I have a quiet home with plenty of space for your pets to relax. I can crate if the animals prefer it, but do not require it. I am typically gone during weekdays for around 2 hours, and send most weekends at home or out hiking. I would love to have your pet join me on adventures, or just stay home for a relaxing weekend! All pets are leashed when outside, regardless of recall training- even with the best behaved pet, things can go wrong! I always ensure dogs are comfortable and safe regarding heat outside, and have easy access to water at all times.
