I am very friendly with them and know my way around taking care of them! The safety of your pet is my number one priority. I always use the best practices, I believe in positive reinforcement, and do not use any cruel methods. I would like to know if your dog or cat has any behavioral issues such as reactivity, aggression, a bite history, etc. I would also like to know of any specific medical conditions that your pet has. I am currently available almost every single day of the week as long as booking is done three days in advance I am available anytime of the day necessary! I have two cats at home and feed them and clean their litter boxes every single night, I am able to clean and care for your cats as well and even bring toys or engaging materials to my clients house to play with the cats!

“My wife and I found Sarah on Rover because we were planning a destination wedding with all of our friends and family. All the people we usually ask to watch our dog, our cat, or take care of our house would be joining us for 10 days in another country. Understandably, we were apprehensive about entrusting all that to a person we did not know. When we connected with Sarah, a few months before, we chatted and discussed organizing a meet and greet and then having Sarah do some regular dog walks in the weeks leading up to the event. Sarah arrived as planned and spent 10 days taking the best care of our dog Mia, our cat Tar, and looking after our entire house. She updated us daily with pictures of the animals as well as information about the day’s activities and how the animals were doing. We were always fully comfortable that our house and animals were in the best of hands. About: Ive been caring for pets for many years. I had a dog walking business over a decade ago. We taken care of our own and others elderly dogs. We like taking dogs on long off leash walks in groups if possible. Dogs are always welcome to cuddle up on the furniture. Im a stay at home-mom, homeschooling. We go to play groups and trips but we can plan our day around dog walks. We take the dogs out first thing in the morning on leash as our yard isnt fenced. He was very detailed in capturing all the information about our dogs during his first visit before we left. He captured thorough notes and asked lots of questions while getting to know the dogs and took the time to meet them and walk them multiple times before we left. While we were gone, he kept us updated every day, even if it was just a "they are doing great" text and a picture. On top of pet-sitting and day trip/walking experience I have experience as an assistant groomer from working for The Green Groomer in Northampton, MA which you are welcome to get in touch with as a reference. I also worked at a Dog Daycare in the Boston area before moving to Western MA, where I was involved with many responsibilities surrounding the pups including providing their meals, pick-ups/drop-offs, de-escalation of conflict, and general moderation of behavior. Working in this field has granted me the opportunity to work with dogs of all temperaments, ages, and sizes and has taught me how to interact with pups from all walks of life. On top of that I have experience with bathing, nails, and ear cleanings from my time at the Green Groomer. My schedule is extremely flexible, with open availability during the week before 3PM, making check-ins during the work day hassle free, and my shift never getting out later than 10:30PM, so overnight boardings are still not a problem during my work week. I also have Friday-Sundays off so long weekend boardings are always an option. Please let me know in advance of any house rules for your pup (i.e furniture rules, dietary restrictions, routine scheduling) and I will be sure to follow them with the same consistency you would. In regards to boarding with me they would be boarded in a pet-free, smoke-free, child-free condo with a large unfenced yard in the back for leashed outings when needed!
