6. Patricia H.
“Patricia is a warm and conscientious sitter who I would not hesitate to recommend. Having never used a pet sitting app, I was nervous about hiring someone I didn’t know. Patricia very kindly offered to come visit before the booking, where Tig fell in love with her on sight. When I was out, she sent a photo update. Tig had the biggest smile on her face.”

About: I’ve taken care of my parent’s dog, friends and relatives when they need someone to walk, feed, and watch over them. I enjoy playing with them and especially walking since I love walking 13+ miles a day, if I don’t have school! I am a full-time college student that works part-time as a letter carrier. I wanted to fit pet sitting/walking on the weekdays as I find myself having more free time after my classes. I can accommodate to the dogs needs! Unfortunately I cannot house sit at my home, but I can absolutely come to you! I would just like a heads-up on the times! I love brushing dogs and giving them baths (though more experienced with small breeds on bathing).

About: Ive had a few dogs and various cats through my life. It is fascinating to me the way pets will learn emotional intelligence through their human owners. I am currently living with my family and saving for my next move so I have a very fluid schedule and can work at any time. When I care for pets I am very receptive to not only their basic needs but their individual needs. Each pet can have its own emotional experience of how much play or rest time that is best for itself.

About: When I lived in my grandmothers house I would frequently house sit for relatives that rented out the bottom apartment. They have 2 senior dogs that needed a little extra attention and love, and a few house plants. I took care of them roughly 4 or 5 times over the years (not consecutively, so not quite an entire year of experience) so that their moms could go on vacation and recover from hospital stays. Since then, I have gone on to get a job at a Doggie Daycare facility out near Boston, where I am continuing to learn more about dog behavior and health. At my job we are trained on safety procedures & health concerns to be on the lookout for, and I have been trained to watch for body language changes. I am currently looking for something to fill my time during the beginning of the week. On weekends and later on in the week I commute to Boston for my job at the doggie daycare. I am also flexible with my weekend dates, so with enough notice I can move almost anything around. I can easily crate a dog if needed for safety of any kind. My position at the daycare is to constantly be on the lookout for changes in behavior and mood, so you can entrust that I will always have your pups safety as priority number one. I am also well versed in being able to reward the good behavior and ignore the bad (within reason) so as not to encourage attention seeking behavior, but still reward even the simplest well done tasks (sitting down/relaxing, playing safely).
18. Emma C.
“I've known Emma's dogs and Emma for nearly ten years and I'm still impressed by how much energy she gives and takes from her pups. All three of her dogs are very different but she runs with them according to what they need. She makes sure her old lady doesn't get too bothered by the puppy, makes sure the puppy knows what not to bother (the puppy was born with congenital eye issues), and ensures that her energetic middle child gets the running she needs. I've seen her walk all three up an old gravel carriage road with a smile on her face. I frankly can't imagine a canine situation she could not handle.”
19. Sita L.
“Sita, is an amazing dog walker! She is dedicated and kind. She will take great care of your fur baby.”
