About: I have been pet-sitting for friends and neighbors for a few years, so I have experience with young and old cats and dogs! I also have experience with housesitting and overnight stays for people with dogs as well. Growing up, we had two cats and a few dogs, so I'm comfortable working with a variety of pets with different needs and personalities! I'm currently done with work for the season, so I have a pretty open schedule and am available for drop-in visits, walks, or housesitting needs. I'll make sure your pet is happy, comfortable, and taken care of! I love long walks, and I always make sure they get the exercise, playtime, and attention that they need.

Julia V.

“This was my first time using Rover and I'm so happy I booked with Julia. She understood the needs of my dog with separation anxiety. Julia was reliable, professional, and accommodating. I would highly recommend her services and would definitely book her again!”

Rowyn P.

“Rowyn met with me and my two dogs prior to our scheduled walking. She was great with them and showed clear knowledge of dogs and enthusiasm. She was easy to communicate with, as well as accommodating and gracious with last minute changes I made to my booking.”

Emma C.
“I've known Emma's dogs and Emma for nearly ten years and I'm still impressed by how much energy she gives and takes from her pups. All three of her dogs are very different but she runs with them according to what they need. She makes sure her old lady doesn't get too bothered by the puppy, makes sure the puppy knows what not to bother (the puppy was born with congenital eye issues), and ensures that her energetic middle child gets the running she needs. I've seen her walk all three up an old gravel carriage road with a smile on her face. I frankly can't imagine a canine situation she could not handle.”

About: When I lived in my grandmothers house I would frequently house sit for relatives that rented out the bottom apartment. They have 2 senior dogs that needed a little extra attention and love, and a few house plants. I took care of them roughly 4 or 5 times over the years (not consecutively, so not quite an entire year of experience) so that their moms could go on vacation and recover from hospital stays. Since then, I have gone on to get a job at a Doggie Daycare facility out near Boston, where I am continuing to learn more about dog behavior and health. At my job we are trained on safety procedures & health concerns to be on the lookout for, and I have been trained to watch for body language changes. I am currently looking for something to fill my time during the beginning of the week. On weekends and later on in the week I commute to Boston for my job at the doggie daycare. I am also flexible with my weekend dates, so with enough notice I can move almost anything around. I can easily crate a dog if needed for safety of any kind. My position at the daycare is to constantly be on the lookout for changes in behavior and mood, so you can entrust that I will always have your pups safety as priority number one. I am also well versed in being able to reward the good behavior and ignore the bad (within reason) so as not to encourage attention seeking behavior, but still reward even the simplest well done tasks (sitting down/relaxing, playing safely).

Cait G.
“Cait is such a caring and responsible pet-sitter! I have seen how well she cares for her own dog, as well as others'. She took care of my dog, Peanut Butter, while I was away for the weekend, and I know my dog was in good hands. She gave him plenty of exercise and love! 10/10 would recommend her services!”
