I also have a sweet, laid-back, crate-trained 7-year-old Chihuahua who enjoys playing with visiting dogs of all sizes and has a gentle temperament. I’m comfortable administering medications, providing baths and light grooming if requested, and carefully following your pet’s feeding schedule, exercise routine, and any special instructions. Pets are welcome on the furniture, and you’ll receive regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your furry family member is safe, loved, and treated like one of my own.

About: I have loved animals since I was a young child. I love caring for dogs and also the flexibility to travel, so I do not have a pup of my own. I started dog sitting in high school and college while on breaks from school and it brings me so much joy to care for everyone's pups. I work full-time in a physical therapy clinic, so I am typically able to run home during my lunch break if dogs are in need of a restroom break. I am always excited to spend time with animals in any way possible! Sometimes this looks like stopping at someone's house on the way home from work if they need walked, staying in their home, or their dog(s) staying with me. I do not have any pets of my own, so if your dog does not get along well with other dogs they will be comfortable in my home. I have a roommate who also loves dogs but does not have any pets. If your dog(s) love others, we can enjoy walks and dog parks and play dates with others! I am very careful when entering and residing in others homes, and try to make sure the environment is the same or cleaner than I left it.

About: I have cared for large breed dogs for my entire life, and I’ve worked in animal care for 5 years. I am experienced in administering medications and understanding animal behavior from my work in animal shelters. I currently work at a veterinary clinic! I am off on every other weekend, and have a day off during the week. During every work day I am available to check in on your pets on my lunch break, and I get off early in the evening so I have plenty of afternoon time to spend with them! I am new to Rover, but have been pet sitting for many reoccurring clients for about 3 years now. I currently have four cats of my own, and I am a neonatal kitten foster and have bottle babies on and off. As such, I am adept at handling fragile cats with special needs. I am very experienced in administering medications of all types to both cats and dogs, including injections, oral, topical, etc.
