I live in the bottom unit of a duplex home and have full access to a fully fenced in yard. My upstairs neighbor has a dog, but doesn't use the yard with his dog and exits through a separate entrance. I'm a gardener, so your dog will always be supervised while playing in the yard. We live near trails and a park, so there is plenty of opportunity for enrichment on walks as well. I allow my dog on the sofa, but if this is not a habit you want your dog to pick up, I will follow those instructions. I have past experience giving oral medication, caring for senior dogs, puppies, and dogs in recovery from an injury.

About: Hi loving pet parents! My name is Brooke. I may be new to Rover, but I’m no stranger to pet care and I’m ready to become besties with your pup! I have cared for pets since I was 12-years-old, and I love all dogs, no matter the size, shape, or personality. I've grown up and cared for several breeds - from boxers, to cockapoos, to labs, to frenchies - and I am comfortable taking an energetic pup on a run, or I can be a couch-potato with a dog that loves to cuddle. It's my utmost goal to make your dog feel comfortable, loved, and relaxed while you're away! I work a hybrid-remote job with a flexible schedule. The longest I will be out of the house is 5 hours per day, and I am able to build my schedule around your dogs' needs! I am able to accommodate any routine your pup has, and I will give them all the love they need while you are away. I can easily crate them if needed, or stick to any feeding, exercise, and/or medication schedules you have in place.

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life. I grew up with 2 dogs, a Labrador and Weenie-Mix, so I have experience with dogs of varying sizes. I have cared for rabbits and small birds, and have spent a lot of time around cats! I would love to take your pet for a walk and play, or drop-in for a check-in! My availability may look somewhat limiting, but I am typically available Monday through Thursday after 4:15; Friday after 3:15; and most of the day on the weekends. About: I love taking care of these little ones at my home, they are like family to me, they are loved and well taken care of. For as long as I can remember, I have always been surrounded by animals and I have loved them. My grandmother was a great influence in teaching me to love them, take care of them and interpret their body language. I started taking care of pets in elementary school; when our neighbors went on vacation, I took care of their cat and their fish. As a child, I have had many beloved pets, including cats, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, parakeets, lizards, hamsters and a mouse. About: I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, and know how to accommodate each one's needs (special diet, long walks, companionship (or lack thereof)). I am also resistant to all forms of begging yet encountered, and will follow your recommendations for treats and the like. I work remote, so generally can adjust my schedule to fit you(r pet's) needs. I also generally take walks to have a break from the work day, so can easily add a dog or two to that walk! I will follow your lead on how to best care for your pet! I do not have any of my own animals currently due to my landlord, but have housesit for dogs and cats. I want your pet to feel as comfortable as possible, whether it's a crate, sleeping in the same bed, or eating meals together!

About: I’ve always grown up around dogs whether it be my parents, neighbors, or friends’ pets. I have experience watching, feeding, walking, bathing, and playing with dogs. I feel comfortable with all different breeds! I work from home a majority of the time which gives me breaks during the day if a dog needs to be let out (if you are in my area). I can bring pets on a walk before or after work or on weekends! I live in an apartment with no current pets. The building does have a dog run. I don’t have a private outside area but live near a park and a dog park
