She came for a meet and greet and was so good even with our big Merle! We have a pet cam, so were able to see how often Jessica was checking on our babies and she was absolutely top notch! In my home, all my pets get a cozy, supervised space with plenty of attention, cuddles, and care. My dog also has a fully fenced in yard, so he gets plenty of ball throwing time and one-on-one attention when he's not being walked.

About: I’m naturally very patient, gentle, and attentive with animals. I genuinely love spending time with them; observing them, petting them, giving them massages, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. Being around animals brings me a lot of joy, and dogs and cats often warm up to me quickly and love to cuddle. When I care for pets, I focus on what helps them truly thrive. That means daily walks, playtime, enrichment like snuffle games and stimulation, and plenty of affection and attention. My goal is always to make pets feel relaxed, loved, and secure while their owners are away. I’ve had animals in my life since I was very young. My family adopted a small poodle when I was about 6 years old, and she stayed with us until she passed away recently from old age. Growing up with her taught me the importance of loyalty and caring for an animal throughout its entire life. I’ve also cared for many different kinds of animals. I worked for two weeks at an animal sanctuary helping care for rescue animals, including several rescue dogs. I’ve cat-sat for two cats for a full month in Maryland, and their owners were surprised by how quickly the cats bonded with me. I’ve also cared for reptiles like a bearded dragon, and I’m the person my family relies on whenever they need someone trustworthy to watch their pets while they’re away. I do freelance work around Charlotte, which allows me to set my own schedule and be very flexible with my time. Pet sitting fits naturally into my routine because I can easily plan visits, walks, or house sits throughout the day. I often have open time between projects, which makes it easy for me to give pets consistent attention and care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always prioritize keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I carefully follow the owner’s instructions for feeding, litter boxes, walks, playtime, and any other specific needs. I’m very attentive to animals’ body language and comfort levels, especially with cats. I approach them with patience and respect so they feel safe and relaxed in their own environment. I also make sure their space stays clean by refreshing water, feeding on schedule, and keeping litter boxes tidy. I treat clients’ homes with the same care and respect I would my own, and I’m always happy to help with small household tasks while owners are away. My goal is for both pets and owners to feel completely comfortable and at ease!

About: I have been taking care of the pets in my neighborhood, which include feeding, giving meds, walking, playing, potty breaks, taking out trash, and getting mail. I am a photo major at Appalachian State and will share photos of your pet so that you miss them less. I am home for the summer from college and should be available anytime, except for a family vacation. Please feel free to contact me for special circumstances. I will be unable to care for your pet in my phone due to my very large and hyper dogs. I am happy to visit your babies in their own environment.

About: Rest assured that your pets will be loved here. Both daycare and boarding will include 3 walks/potty breaks in the morning, afternoon, and evening. I live in an apartment complex by a park and neighborhood that have safe roads and sidewalks. I only book one pet family at a time. Things I'd like to know about your pet: -How do they interact with other dogs? -Potty trained? -Fed apart from others? -Any bathroom/ feeding schedule to follow? -Do they sleep well in other homes? -Behaviors? (Such as barking when they hear someone outside the door, scared of vacuum, watch tv etc.) Please provide a blanket/bed from home so they have something they recognize for comfort :) I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have and hope to see you soon! I'm currently working full time from Monday to Friday from 7-3. I can do boarding all week but recommend day care services from Friday to Sunday. From June - August, I'll be available all day for boarding. Safety is a priority, so whatever special accommodations or instructions that you need me to follow, I will do it to the best of my ability.
