She came for a meet and greet and was so good even with our big Merle! We have a pet cam, so were able to see how often Jessica was checking on our babies and she was absolutely top notch! “Best sitter we could imagine for our precious babies! Emily is truly a dog whisperer and our pups love her. Especially our girl Stella who doesn’t warm up to people easily. This was our 3rd time booking a multi-day/night house sitting stay with Emily, plus an handful of drop in visits and she does incredible every time! She sends us a bunch of photos each day and updates throughout of how the pups and kitty are doing. When we come home, our house is cleaner than we left it. And Emily also washed/dried the guest linens/towels, and emptied the trash. We don’t request for these to be done, but she does them anyway & we very much appreciate that! Couldn’t recommend her more for your fur babies :)”

Our dog was so happy to have a friend to play with for the weekend and Salina sent lots of pictures and was communicative the whole time. For our first time using Rover, we were very happy. “As soon as I met Jen and saw her interact with Kinzie, I knew our girl was in good hands. Jen helped us out when we had to leave our dog shortly after an injury. She followed our instructions to a T and helped keep Kinzie as calm as possible... a feat in itself, as she's quite energetic. Jen was attentive, responsive, sent us plenty of pictures and took great care of our home too. We'd be happy to have her house/dog sit for us again!”

“Things that matter to us that Jeni delivered on to get an A++ rating: 1. Speed To Respond - she was the first to respond to our request. 2. Showed up to meet us on time. Was friendly, professional, and obviously loved on our pup. 3. Read back to us instructions making sure she had everything down correctly. 4. Sent us pictures while we were out of the country. 5. Did what she said she would do. Our neighbor texted me that Jeni must be great because she walked our dog at least 2x/day. 6. We came back and our dog was passed out on the couch. Happy to see us, but not psycho like we thought he would be, so he must have been taken care of :) 7. Our dog was alive. All our fish were alive. All our plants were alive. The house was left tidy. She is awesome. We will have her on speed dial.”

One of our dogs is anxious about change and can be reactive. Brittany asked good questions about the dogs routines, behavior and other ways to make them as comfortable with her as possible during her stay. She has a great spirit that put both us and our 2 dogs at ease. She sent a lot of pictures and updates while we were away, that gave us a lot of peace about being away and missing the dogs. The house was left just as she found it, and she was respectful about our home. We would definitely reach out to her to dog sit again in the future!”
