About: I've had dogs my whole life and started dog-sitting for my neighbors at 9 years old. I love all animals, but dogs have a very special place in my heart. I've worked with dogs of all ages, and over the summer, I cared for a puppy full-time for the family I nanny for. I am very comfortable with big dogs and have lots of experience with large breeds, including Corsos and English Mastiffs. I hope I can make your time away from your pets a little bit easier and less stressful! I am a full-time student at the University of Virginia (with a car), so I have classes during the weekdays; however, I do have many breaks and a few days each week without classes, so I have a lot of room for coming by to check in and help out in any way I can. What I do to keep the animals and myself safe really depends on the situation. When I walk, I always carry pepper spray, and I have collars with lights on them in case I am ever walking a dog in low visibility. The important thing to me is making sure I follow any specific requests from the owners!

About: I’ve had pets, both dogs and cats, my entire life, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. Along with caring for my own pets, I’ve also looked after neighbors’ pets over the years, giving me experience with a wide range of personalities, sizes, and needs. I’m comfortable with everything from small cats and dogs to larger breeds like Dobermans and Pit Bulls, and I genuinely love spending time with all animals. Being around animals has always brought me a sense of comfort and joy, and that shows in the care I provide. Even while at college, my roommates and I have continued to foster a pet-friendly environment, so I’m very used to being around and helping care for animals daily. I’m patient, attentive, and committed to making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I am currently home from college for the summer, which gives me a flexible schedule for pet care. I am available after 5 PM Monday through Thursday, and I have open availability for most of the day Friday through Sunday. I enjoy spending time with animals as part of my daily routine and can provide reliable, attentive care throughout the week. I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while sticking as closely as possible to their normal routine. In a client’s home, I provide feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, and lots of attention and companionship. I also make sure the home stays clean and tidy while caring for the pet. I understand that every animal has a different personality and comfort level, so I always try to be patient, attentive, and responsive to their needs. Whether a pet is energetic and playful or more calm and reserved, I want them to feel relaxed and well cared for while their owner is away.

At home, I help care for a Pitbull Mix and a large Australian Shepherd, both weighing around 75 lbs. I am confident in my ability to understand their body language and handle them effectively. I have experience administering medicine, cleaning up accidents, managing reactive dogs, and caring for animals of all ages. For years, I have been doing drop-in visits and overnight stays caring for dogs, cats, and even goats! I’m organized, reliable, responsible, and adaptable to your pet’s specific needs. For the Fall 2026 semester, I am consistently busy Tuesdays and Thursdays midday and for a few hours in the evenings, but am available in the mornings and every other day of the week. About: I have had pets in my house my whole life - dogs, cats, chickens, horses, etc. I am very comfortable with all animals and I LOVE spending time with them. My family and friends have trusted me to take care of their animals, and I am always up for the task! Additionally, my mom was a vet tech for decades, and I often helped her take care of our animals’ medical needs. I am petsitting on Rover while attending medical school at UVA. I have class 8-12 M-F, but my classes are often recorded and are only sometimes required. I do have required class 1-5pm on Thursdays, so if you need house sitting on Thursdays please keep that in mind. I would love to hang out with your pets and do some studying during down time :) I will not be taking your pets to my home, but I am happy to take care of them in their own! My biggest priority is keeping your animals safe and comfortable, which I feel is best accomplished in the place they call home.

About: Hi! I’m a 24 year old Virginia Tech graduate looking to make the most out of my career by sharing my love to others’ fur babies. I have a degree in animal & poultry sciences. I’ve worked at a veterinary clinic as an assistant, as well as a kennel tech & adoption coordinator for animal control. If you’re going out of town or just need someone to watch your babies for a bit don’t hesitate to contact me! I will send lots of updates and pictures. I have lots of experience in animal handling & husbandry, as well as behavior. Comfortable with a wide variety of species & breeds. I’m currently working part-time so my schedule is pretty flexible! My busiest days are Friday & Saturday at the moment. Available for early morning visits, afternoon, and evening. My currently have a small house so limiting boarding, more comfortable for a crate-trained smaller dog - as I have 4 cats. I am comfortable with doing check-in’s and popping in for walks & play/feeding so that your fur babies’ routine isn’t interrupted.
