About: I’ve taken care of a wide variety of animals since I was able to drive. I am comfortable giving medications and subcutaneous fluids to cats and dogs as well as caring for homestead animals. I currently have a Great Dane and three cats and am a retired Science teacher, who lives most of the year off grid with my two young adult boys. I have experience caring for exotic animals such as ferrets, and reptiles as well. Your pets would be my top priority. I am a retired school teacher and my schedule is mostly wide open. I have a few commitments that I’m sure would not deter me for caring for your pets. I will care for your pets as instructed by you and in a manner that allows them to feel most comfortable and not disrupt their daily schedule.

“Kalea is the best and is so good with our dogs (Leo and sully) and always goes above and beyond to take care of our fur babies. Not only did she wash the sheets before she left, but communicated bringing her sister and they brought us some coffee. I received pictures daily and both dogs were happy when we arrived. Leo was even bathed after a muddy walk. I will continue to use Kalea and can’t express my thanks to her and her sister for taking such good care of our dogs. Thank you from Leo,Sully and their Mom & Dad!”
