About: I have been dog sitting for friends and family for about 5 years. I have worked with a variety of different breeds in different situations. I have experience with dogs that have behavioral problems and am very patient and willing to work with them. Every dog is unique and I like to get to know each one I work with in order to provide the best care for them. I have a deep love for dogs and am excited to get to spend more time with them. I am currently a student at NAU, my schedule is a little busy on Wednesdays but very open the rest of the days. I am potentially looking for an additional part time job but as of right now I still have full availability most days. I am currently not able to house dogs but am more than willing to care for them in clients homes. The care I provide depends on each individual dog. For more active dogs I am more than happy to find activities for them. I know the area very well and know plenty of safe walking areas for dogs. For the more low energy dogs I prioritize easier activities. Every dog is unique and requires different types of care and attention.

About: I’ve had a variety of amazing dogs and cats throughout my life since I was six years old to today. Many people consider themselves either a dog or cat person, but I can’t imagine my life without either. I find animals such a wonderful addition to life’s enjoyments, and find that they especially benefit mental health. As someone with a mental illness, being around animals brings me so much joy and fulfillment. I am looking for a job to make some extra income with I work on getting my Master’s Degree at NAU. I am an online student so I have a very flexible schedule. I am familiar with animals across ages 9 months-seniors, and all dog sizes (I’ve had both a 12 pound dog and a 72 pound one!). I love playing with my animals and taking my dog for walks or out to the dog park. I offer as many pets and snuggles as they would like, while also respecting an animal’s boundaries. I am good at recognizing stress signals and managing animals interacting with one another, including dogs and cats together. My years of experience include time I’ve spent caring for my own and other’s animals. I fit my schedule to work around my animals’ needs, especially my dog’s. I am going to school full time online, and work for a few hours a month at my church, which allows me to be home when I need to. I either give my dog a walk or take her to the dog park once a day. I have a routine for feeding and make sure I am home every 2-4 hours to let me dog out to the bathroom. I give each animal the amount of attention and stimulation it needs everyday, including play and pets. I enjoy giving each animals a treat once a day, and have my dog Bella do some “tricks” before receiving one. Bella is kennel trained and the cats are free to roam around. I respect however one chooses to open their space to their animals. Some people don’t kennel train, but they shut certain doors in the house. Another important thing for me is making the environment inviting through presence of toys, bones, blankets, beds, and cat trees (we have one at our apartment). I try to leave the windows or blinds open during the day so the cats can spend time looking outside (they are indoor cats, but I have had outdoor cats). I will also sometimes play those pet TV videos on YouTube.

About: As someone who has taken care of my own and other people’s pets I know how important it is for someone to be reliable and trustworthy with your pets. I constantly seek to be someone you can count on to provide your pets with the best service I can offer I am currently a student at NAU with a schedule that keeps my weekends and evenings free. I am very flexible to accommodate your preferences for your pets! I am very good at maintaining routines for your pets! I can easily crate or ensure that outside gates are shut when I leave. My goal is to ensure that your pet is comfortable at home and following what instructions are left for me.

About: As a naturally nurturing, detail oriented dog parent, expect great care for your pet! I’ve grown up with dogs majority of my life, fish and cat pets for a couple years. I hope your pet loves the outdoors and cuddles/pets just as much as I do, if not that’s okay! I also enjoy staying in, watching a movie, journaling, training current or new commands and gaining that trust with your pet. Whether your best friend has a long list of needs or a short list, the job will be done as needed! As I’ve been caring for my large dog for 4 years now, I’ve learned through research and through her trainer how to care for her trauma and anxious habits and have made lots of progress since shes been out of the shelter. I’ve been able to handle high energy dogs and learned to adapt quickly to any pet care needs. I hope I can be of help to any of your needs! I’m currently looking for flexible part time jobs as I no longer have a full time job. I have fairly free mornings and evenings to kill some time in the Flagstaff/ Williams area. Looking for opportunities during the week days but I'm available for boarding throughout most of the weekends. Typically unavailable evenings Tuesday-Thursday but I am very flexible if notified in advance. I have a doggy door with a fenced back yard and 2 dog friendly female dogs if needed to be in my home. I do still take pet on walks despite yard space, for leash training. They both listen to commands well and if needed space or to be in kennel, I can easily adapt to that. Which ever is easiest I would prefer to keep your pet at ease and being in a the clients home but really is based on meeting your needs! :) I’m completely okay with dropping in a few times a day or staying around to make sure your pet is going to be okay and happy! :)

About: My husband and I both grew up with family dogs and as a young adult we both did a ton of house/pet sitting. Now as a married family we often watch friend's dogs at our house. Dogs bring so much joy to our family! We have loved having more dogs in our life thru Rover. We also love hiking and being outdoors so we enjoy being on hikes and in our fenced backyard playing with dogs. <3 I currently work part time in an elementary school so I have plenty of time to care for your beloved animals. During the summer I have even more availability and time for dogs. We have a fenced backyard, laminate flooring, and animals are allowed on the furniture to snuggle. We respect and follow the wishes of owners rules that the pet is asked to follow at home. We also live near an entrance to the Flagstaff Urban Trail System, lots of other trails nearby, and a great safe neighborhood. We don't currently have any animals. 2 kids ages 9 and 11 years old.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and currently have four dogs down in the valley! My family recently welcomed a new puppy into our family, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages and personalities. I also have two cats at my mom’s house and have always been responsible for caring for my pets, including feeding, walking, playing, and keeping them happy and safe. Since moving to Flagstaff, I’ve also started watching dogs for friends when they’re out of town. I genuinely love being around animals and would treat your pet like they’re my own! I’m a college student with a flexible schedule and plan my time around pet care. I’m available during breaks between classes and can make time for walks, playtime, feeding, and check-ins. I’m especially available for boarding and sitting when I’m on breaks or have open days. I want every pet in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine, including feeding, walks, medications if needed, and plenty of attention. I’m also happy to send updates and photos so you know your pet is doing well while you’re away.

I take pets on daily walks more than once a day, I also ensure all animals receive the time and freedom to complete their potty routines outside it in the recommended potty places!
