I work part time at the Flagstaff YMCA and am a student at NAU. I am usually pretty free during the day or late at night to care for your pets! I take pets on daily walks more than once a day, I also ensure all animals receive the time and freedom to complete their potty routines outside it in the recommended potty places! I also like to stick to my clients regiment for feeding. I ensure I follow all rules and suggestions with great care.

About: I’m a high school student with two English Bulldogs, so I have experience taking care of dogs every day. I feed them, walk them, play with them, and make sure they are safe and comfortable. I love spending time with animals! Since it’s summertime, I have a very flexible schedule. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I already take care of my two dogs every day. I will make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable. I have 2 bulldogs that I love and take care of every day, so I’m used to being around dogs and giving them lots of attention. I’m responsible and will follow any instructions you leave for feeding, walks, or medicine.

About: I grew up with a dog so I learned how to treat pets correctly from a young age. Since then I've taken care of my brothers 2 dogs often. I walk them, feed them, and make sure they're living their best life! My main job is seasonal so I will have plenty of time in the fall and winter months to come play with your pets! I should even be available during some of the summer as well to look after them! I will always be respectful while looking after your pets in your home, making sure to give all my attention to them! At home I take my dogs for nice long walks in the forest, sometimes taking them up to 5 miles at a time. They are fed at the same times every day and are outside in my backyard most days enjoying their fenced in space.

About: My husband and I both grew up with family dogs and as a young adult we both did a ton of house/pet sitting. Now as a married family we often watch friend's dogs at our house. Dogs bring so much joy to our family! We have loved having more dogs in our life thru Rover. We also love hiking and being outdoors so we enjoy being on hikes and in our fenced backyard playing with dogs. <3 I currently work part time in an elementary school so I have plenty of time to care for your beloved animals. During the summer I have even more availability and time for dogs. We have a fenced backyard, laminate flooring, and animals are allowed on the furniture to snuggle. We respect and follow the wishes of owners rules that the pet is asked to follow at home. We also live near an entrance to the Flagstaff Urban Trail System, lots of other trails nearby, and a great safe neighborhood. We don't currently have any animals. 2 kids ages 9 and 11 years old.

About: I have always had pets and pet sit/ house sit all through growing up. When I came to college I missed my animals so bad that I started volunteering at the humane society! There I walk dogs, play with pupping and the cats. I’m so excited to make extra money and meet some more new animals! I work 8:30-5 so it’s long hours but part time. I plan on accepting bookings that don’t need lunch visits on days that I work. However many days out of the week I don’t work and I am available for lunch visits. I plan to give the animals the attention and attitude they need to feel most comfortable while their family is gone! I love clingy animals but I can also give them space when needed!

About: I’ve always had dogs my whole life, including my childhood dog Gordon, and my current dog Maestro. I’ve bathed them, fed them, and picked up their poop lol. Both have been injured and I nurtured both of them to health. I take great care and have an enormous love for animals, and I understand the trust needed in those who care for your pets. I want to be that person for you :) I currently work part time, so I’ll have a good amount of time to spend with your fluffy companions. I have a slightly irregular work schedule so communication is super important for me in figuring out good times for me to watch your pets! About: I’ve had a variety of amazing dogs and cats throughout my life since I was six years old to today. Many people consider themselves either a dog or cat person, but I can’t imagine my life without either. I find animals such a wonderful addition to life’s enjoyments, and find that they especially benefit mental health. As someone with a mental illness, being around animals brings me so much joy and fulfillment. I am looking for a job to make some extra income with I work on getting my Master’s Degree at NAU. I am an online student so I have a very flexible schedule. I am familiar with animals across ages 9 months-seniors, and all dog sizes (I’ve had both a 12 pound dog and a 72 pound one!). I love playing with my animals and taking my dog for walks or out to the dog park. I offer as many pets and snuggles as they would like, while also respecting an animal’s boundaries. I am good at recognizing stress signals and managing animals interacting with one another, including dogs and cats together. My years of experience include time I’ve spent caring for my own and other’s animals. I fit my schedule to work around my animals’ needs, especially my dog’s. I am going to school full time online, and work for a few hours a month at my church, which allows me to be home when I need to. I either give my dog a walk or take her to the dog park once a day. I have a routine for feeding and make sure I am home every 2-4 hours to let me dog out to the bathroom. I give each animal the amount of attention and stimulation it needs everyday, including play and pets. I enjoy giving each animals a treat once a day, and have my dog Bella do some “tricks” before receiving one. Bella is kennel trained and the cats are free to roam around. I respect however one chooses to open their space to their animals. Some people don’t kennel train, but they shut certain doors in the house. Another important thing for me is making the environment inviting through presence of toys, bones, blankets, beds, and cat trees (we have one at our apartment). I try to leave the windows or blinds open during the day so the cats can spend time looking outside (they are indoor cats, but I have had outdoor cats). I will also sometimes play those pet TV videos on YouTube.

About: I've worked with a local shelter for 9-10 years caring for both cats and dogs. I have experience administering medications, and am particularly skilled with skittish or nervous animals. I've also cared for rabbits and reptiles in the past! I'm currently working part-time as a delivery driver, but my schedule is very flexible so I'll have plenty of time to devote to your pets! Thanks to my shelter experience, I have plenty of ways to handle rowdy or nervous animals. I have no issue handing a feisty cat, and can easily put a dog into a crate.

About: I have 1.5 acres fenced off so your dogs will have plenty of space to run around and explore. There is a lot of shade for the hot days and plenty of warmth in the house when it's cold. I have a doggy door so every dog has the opportunity to be inside or out at all times throughout the day. I grew up with german shepherds and learned how to train them at a very young age. My father had police dogs and family dogs so I learned many different ways to train from him. Always being active when I'm dog sitting is very important to me because the the dogs love it and I also need to exercise. I love all animals but man's best friend is by far my favorite. They have all sorts of personalities and make my heart melt. Make sure to check my calendar and book with me! If you feel uncomfortable about leaving your dog with a stranger I would love to do a meet and greet first. I work 48 hours on and then have 4 days off. My husband normally works Monday through Thursday and he is usually home by 4pm. When your dogs are here I walk them, I give you the option for me to bath them. Most hours of the day they will have time to run around in the backyard and play. I love camping, hiking, and doing outdoor activities so let me know how they are on and off leashes in the woods. I have two of my own dogs so yours will have someone to play with. I am always throwing a ball or playing with the dogs throughout the day. We go on short adventures in the woods because I need my exercise too. I have a couple different crates if needed but I usually tell people to bring their own because it is what their dogs are comfortable with. I watch your dogs because I love all animals so much and I would be adopting more but my husband thinks I would take every last one home. Watching animals is never a chore, I just love helping out and meeting all the different personalities.

About: I have had dogs in my life since the day I was born, and now I am fortunate enough to have one of my own! I adopted Kernel from the shelter when he was one and a half years old after spending a year of his life in the shelter. He is happy and in a loving home and spends lots of time outside. Dogs are more than pets, they are family and should be treated as such. I know life happens and sometimes things come up and we can't take our fur babies with us. I want my care to be a safe space for your pets to come to so you can travel stress free. They will be walked, loved, fed, and treated as my own. Kernel would also love to have someone to play with! I have been using Rover for Kernel and have had nothing short of the best experience and because of that, I want to be able to give the same experiences to other pet families! I am currently a grad student at NAU so I do spend a lot of time in class but I also think the best way to balance that out is lots of time outside. I can care for your pets before, in between, or after classes, I am very flexible! When arriving to walk or watch your dog, they will be greeted with love. Depending on how much they like to be pet, I will sit with them and give them affection for as long as they need. Walks are at their pace, as it is their time to explore the world!

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs as well as working with two different doggy daycare’s ranging in size of dogs and their energy levels. I am currently doing work at night. Always willing to work around schedules. Everyone has their busy schedules but I work my way around it for furry friends. I care for the animal like they are my own, i want them to feel safe when a new person comes into their home as well helping them adopt to my environment.
