“Annie was amazing! Our dog loved being there with her and got along well with her dog Penny. 💕 Annie’s back yard is great and Sparky loved exploring. 🥰 Thank you Annie!”

“Dannie was fantastic! She was so helpful when I had to find a new dog sitter in a town I had not even moved to yet. Her communication was excellent and my dog came home absolutely exhausted but so happy. I would recommend her to anyone and hope to work with her again in the future!”

“Debbie has taken care of our dogs for a few years now, but this is the first time since she shifted to boarding our animals in her home. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats (who do not get along) and she has a wonderful set up to be able to care for all of them! Our animals love it so much at Aunt Debbie's house that I wasn't sure they would want to come home!”

“Anamaria gave our pup the most loving home while we were away. Her updates and photos made us all smile to see what a great time he was having - lots of love and exercise every day. Thank you so much and we hope he can come stay again soon!”

“Very nice to work with Audrey. She took hosted my dog for 28 days while I was on a float trip through the Grand Canyon. She was great with my dog! I would definitely use her again!”

“We were so lucky to run into Rebecca, we came into town on a business trip and Charlie wouldn’t stop crying the moment we got into the hotel. We know we were in trouble, we took the chance with scheduling a quick request for boarding and when we got to Rebeccas house we realized immediately we had the right person. Her home is completely caged up making sure no dogs get away (Charlie is a runner looking for his mom at all times). Rebecca kept us updated daily on Charlie with texts and pictures. She gave us the peace of mind we needed while being in business meetings all days. We can’t thank her enough, we know for sure we will be using her again the next time we are back in Flagstaff. Thank you thank you thank you Rebecca.”
“She has a beautiful and spacious property with other dogs that kept my son occupied and worn out for days after I picked him up. I could tell that he enjoyed every minute of his stay.”

“Jacob was great either way my bulldog. She seemed happy when I picked her up. It was her first time straying with anyone outside of family. I’ll definitely be using Jacob again for her.”

About: Being with animals is equivocal to happiness for me— I have been drawn to them all my life. I started pet sitting at age 12 and spent the best summer of my life in 2020 volunteering at an animal sanctuary in Jalisco, Mexico with abandoned, disabled, blind and deaf domestic and wild animals. My day job is extremely flexible, so I can pop in and out of meetings with clients and go for dog walks, check-ins, potty breaks, etc. I have a fenced court yard for my Aussie so she can spend time outdoors while I am out visiting clients. We run 3-4 miles at least 3 days per week to keep both of us active. I like to make sure the dogs I take care of are getting the appropriate amount of exercise and time in the sunshine.
“Bree and her family are exceptional! She took care of our dog Ollie twice (we’re repeat bookers), send lovely photos, and was thorough in asking questions and getting to know our dog before we left on our trip.”

“Really nice family! Great yard for the pups! Unfortunately one of our pups got sick so we had to cut our trip shirt. They were fabulous with sending videos of her and updates the whole time! Thankfully pup is doing just fine. Back to her goofy self! Highly recommend them!”

“Excellent care! Brett send a message each day to let me know how my dog was doing. I appreciated the updates and had complete peace of mind while away on travel. Daisy was treated like part of the family.Highly recommend!”

“Nicole and her family were great with Hugo. They took care of all of his needs so we could leave knowing he was in good hands. We could tell that Hugo enjoyed his time with them.”

About: I grew up with dogs and adopted my own 8 years ago. She is my whole life so I understand how important your dog is to you! I dogsit for my friends and neighbors frequently. I work from home full-time so I am home with the dogs nearly all the time, with the exception of running errands here and there. I am a very active person and happy to run or walk with your dog as much or as little as you'd like. I have a large fenced-in backyard and tons of neighborhood trails where I can walk or run your dog. I have a 9-year old female dog who is very friendly and gets along easily with all dogs.
“Claire provided excellent care for Barney while I was out of town. She was attentive and gave updates with some great pictures! I also appreciate the little thank you note with a Polaroid of Barney when I picked him up.”

“Jordann helped us out when sudden change of plans landed us in a pinch - I dropped our dog Fauci off within an hour of reaching out! I heard Fauci made himself right at home, cuddling with her and burrowing under the covers - he's usually a little shy with new people, but clearly Jordann made him comfortable right out of the gate.”

“Moran was great. She was really responsive, worked with me on an odd drop off time and my dog, Pepper licked her face thanks as we said goodbye- which is a very big move for him. I have a dog who is building confidence in new situations and with new people. It seems like she went out of her way to help him thought several situations and be not only comfortable but work through the challenge of new things. I read profiles carefully on Rover and chose her because of her experience which means a lot to me. I try to have our time apart build on what we are working towards instead of a step back and I’d say it was.”

“Angelina was super accommodating for our changing travel plans and a last minute booking. Our dog seemed to have a lot of fun from the pictures and updates we saw. Will definitely book again!”

“Audrey did a great job watching our two cats. She made sure we were updated throughout and took great care of the cats. She played with them, took care of the basics (food +water), and even brushed their teeth (they need teeth brushing for a medical condition). I absolutely would have Audrey watch the cats again. Thanks!!”

About: If I had to pick, cats are my favorite pet. I’ve had cats on and off since I was six years old, from the time they are kittens to senior cats. My current bonded cats are two years old. I care about making sure cats get proper attention and stimulation, as that is something not everyone recognizes that cats need. I approach cats with respect and friendliness, understanding they often have boundaries regarding physical touch. My two cats are completely different personality wise and they both show much affection towards me because I treat them each as they need. My years of experience primarily include the amount of time I have taken care of my own cats.
About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life, ranging from bigger/ medium sized dogs such as German shorthair pointers, to tiny dogs such as a mini yorkie. I know how to feed, play with, and clean up after dogs as those tasks were given to me and my siblings as chores. I am able to adapt to any kind of dog, and any special instructions for pets will be followed 🫡. I am less experienced with cats, but I love them a ton and always wished to have one (family was allergic) but I promise I am a fast learner and will do whatever I can to give your pet the best care. I am a college student who is going to classes. Monday and Wednesday I have classes from 12:45-4:00, and Thursday I have classes from 11:10 to 4:00. I am unavailable on Tuesdays after 11:10 until 8 pm. Fridays and weekends I am completely free. When taking care of your pet I will follow any schedule with feeding and walks that you know works for your pet, and I will play with them as much as possible to ensure that both of you have a great experience.

“Ella was so good with all three of my cats and was very responsible and responsive. I loved the photos and could see that everything was taken care of as we discussed. Thank you!”

“We recently had the pleasure of having Devon atke care of our cats, and we are happy with the service provided. She followed all our instructions, including administering oral medication to one of our cats twice a day. Our cats seemed to love her, which was clear from their relaxed and happy demeanor upon our return. Although we are used to receiving more comprehensive updates from previous cat sitters, we did get updates in which the cats were always doing great. Overall, Devon did a good job, and we will use her services again in the future.”

About: Many of my friends trust me to care for their cats by feeding them, refreshing their water, and checking in on them while they're away. I understand that every cat has its own personality, so I respect their space, routines, and boundaries while making sure they feel safe and comfortable in my care.

About: I've cared for cats of all shapes, sizes, and ages since I was very small. I've worked with an animal shelter for 10 years, specializing in cat care and socialization. I have 5 cats of my own, and I have been a cat sitter for personal friends with much success!

“Debbie made sure to take care of my Dog just like I do ! She text me pics the entire time kept me updated let me know when she arrived for the visit arrived early on the first day as she know the first day is the most stressful day for my Dog. I recommend her and feel at ease now that i have someone i can trust when I am out of town.”

My husband and I work as a team whenever I need an extra hand with your approval. I keep your pet's health and safety as my top priority. Leashed walks, supervised playdates, and enclosed outdoor spaces are what I utilize most when I stay with, visit or board them.

“Claire was absolutely amazing and so accommodating. We were on a road trip and needed help with our pup for a day. We were so thankful to find claire willing to take care of Nyla on Christmas Day. Nyla had a great time with Claire. She had her own room to rest and got to play ball, which is her favorite activity. Overall, wonderful experience and would highly recommend Claire to anyone in Flagstaff or passing through Flagstaff.”

“Devon goes above and beyond every time when caring for my pups. I first booked Devon for in-home care for my pups when their prior boarding arrangements cancelled last minute. The pups instantly fell in love, and Devon helped assuage my own nerves about leaving my pups in someone else's care. Recently I broke my ankle, and I've had to rely on Devon to walk my pups for me on more than one occasion. Long story short, I know who to call, and who to rely on, and it's Devon. I cannot recommend her enough.”

About: My husband and I both grew up with family dogs and as a young adult we both did a ton of house/pet sitting. Now as a married family we often watch friend's dogs at our house. Dogs bring so much joy to our family! We have loved having more dogs in our life thru Rover. We also love hiking and being outdoors so we enjoy being on hikes and in our fenced backyard playing with dogs. <3 I currently work part time in an elementary school so I have plenty of time to care for your beloved animals. During the summer I have even more availability and time for dogs. We have a fenced backyard, laminate flooring, and animals are allowed on the furniture to snuggle. We respect and follow the wishes of owners rules that the pet is asked to follow at home. We also live near an entrance to the Flagstaff Urban Trail System, lots of other trails nearby, and a great safe neighborhood. We don't currently have any animals. 2 kids ages 9 and 11 years old.
About: I grew up with a dog so I learned how to treat pets correctly from a young age. Since then I've taken care of my brothers 2 dogs often. I walk them, feed them, and make sure they're living their best life! My main job is seasonal so I will have plenty of time in the fall and winter months to come play with your pets! I should even be available during some of the summer as well to look after them! I will always be respectful while looking after your pets in your home, making sure to give all my attention to them! At home I take my dogs for nice long walks in the forest, sometimes taking them up to 5 miles at a time. They are fed at the same times every day and are outside in my backyard most days enjoying their fenced in space.
About: I’ve always had dogs my whole life, including my childhood dog Gordon, and my current dog Maestro. I’ve bathed them, fed them, and picked up their poop lol. Both have been injured and I nurtured both of them to health. I take great care and have an enormous love for animals, and I understand the trust needed in those who care for your pets. I want to be that person for you :) I currently work part time, so I’ll have a good amount of time to spend with your fluffy companions. I have a slightly irregular work schedule so communication is super important for me in figuring out good times for me to watch your pets! Let’s talk about it :) Like I was saying before, I absolutely adore animals and I’m currently in college studying forestry to one day protect the animals in the wild. I will always offer love and affection, bring them a toy or two, and maybe even some treats. Your pet will not miss out on the attention while you’re gone, I promise!

About: I’ve had a variety of amazing dogs and cats throughout my life since I was six years old to today. Many people consider themselves either a dog or cat person, but I can’t imagine my life without either. I find animals such a wonderful addition to life’s enjoyments, and find that they especially benefit mental health. As someone with a mental illness, being around animals brings me so much joy and fulfillment. I am looking for a job to make some extra income with I work on getting my Master’s Degree at NAU. I am an online student so I have a very flexible schedule. I am familiar with animals across ages 9 months-seniors, and all dog sizes (I’ve had both a 12 pound dog and a 72 pound one!). I love playing with my animals and taking my dog for walks or out to the dog park. I offer as many pets and snuggles as they would like, while also respecting an animal’s boundaries. I am good at recognizing stress signals and managing animals interacting with one another, including dogs and cats together. My years of experience include time I’ve spent caring for my own and other’s animals. I fit my schedule to work around my animals’ needs, especially my dog’s. I am going to school full time online, and work for a few hours a month at my church, which allows me to be home when I need to. I either give my dog a walk or take her to the dog park once a day. I have a routine for feeding and make sure I am home every 2-4 hours to let me dog out to the bathroom. I give each animal the amount of attention and stimulation it needs everyday, including play and pets. I enjoy giving each animals a treat once a day, and have my dog Bella do some “tricks” before receiving one. Bella is kennel trained and the cats are free to roam around. I respect however one chooses to open their space to their animals. Some people don’t kennel train, but they shut certain doors in the house. Another important thing for me is making the environment inviting through presence of toys, bones, blankets, beds, and cat trees (we have one at our apartment). I try to leave the windows or blinds open during the day so the cats can spend time looking outside (they are indoor cats, but I have had outdoor cats). I will also sometimes play those pet TV videos on YouTube.
About: I have always had pets and pet sit/ house sit all through growing up. When I came to college I missed my animals so bad that I started volunteering at the humane society! There I walk dogs, play with pupping and the cats. I’m so excited to make extra money and meet some more new animals! I work 8:30-5 so it’s long hours but part time. I plan on accepting bookings that don’t need lunch visits on days that I work. However many days out of the week I don’t work and I am available for lunch visits. I plan to give the animals the attention and attitude they need to feel most comfortable while their family is gone! I love clingy animals but I can also give them space when needed!
About: I have 1.5 acres fenced off so your dogs will have plenty of space to run around and explore. There is a lot of shade for the hot days and plenty of warmth in the house when it's cold. I have a doggy door so every dog has the opportunity to be inside or out at all times throughout the day. I grew up with german shepherds and learned how to train them at a very young age. My father had police dogs and family dogs so I learned many different ways to train from him. Always being active when I'm dog sitting is very important to me because the the dogs love it and I also need to exercise. I love all animals but man's best friend is by far my favorite. They have all sorts of personalities and make my heart melt. Make sure to check my calendar and book with me! If you feel uncomfortable about leaving your dog with a stranger I would love to do a meet and greet first. I work 48 hours on and then have 4 days off. My husband normally works Monday through Thursday and he is usually home by 4pm. When your dogs are here I walk them, I give you the option for me to bath them. Most hours of the day they will have time to run around in the backyard and play. I love camping, hiking, and doing outdoor activities so let me know how they are on and off leashes in the woods. I have two of my own dogs so yours will have someone to play with. I am always throwing a ball or playing with the dogs throughout the day. We go on short adventures in the woods because I need my exercise too. I have a couple different crates if needed but I usually tell people to bring their own because it is what their dogs are comfortable with. I watch your dogs because I love all animals so much and I would be adopting more but my husband thinks I would take every last one home. Watching animals is never a chore, I just love helping out and meeting all the different personalities.
About: I've worked with a local shelter for 9-10 years caring for both cats and dogs. I have experience administering medications, and am particularly skilled with skittish or nervous animals. I've also cared for rabbits and reptiles in the past! I'm currently working part-time as a delivery driver, but my schedule is very flexible so I'll have plenty of time to devote to your pets! Thanks to my shelter experience, I have plenty of ways to handle rowdy or nervous animals. I have no issue handing a feisty cat, and can easily put a dog into a crate.
About: I have had dogs in my life since the day I was born, and now I am fortunate enough to have one of my own! I adopted Kernel from the shelter when he was one and a half years old after spending a year of his life in the shelter. He is happy and in a loving home and spends lots of time outside. Dogs are more than pets, they are family and should be treated as such. I know life happens and sometimes things come up and we can't take our fur babies with us. I want my care to be a safe space for your pets to come to so you can travel stress free. They will be walked, loved, fed, and treated as my own. Kernel would also love to have someone to play with! I have been using Rover for Kernel and have had nothing short of the best experience and because of that, I want to be able to give the same experiences to other pet families! I am currently a grad student at NAU so I do spend a lot of time in class but I also think the best way to balance that out is lots of time outside. I can care for your pets before, in between, or after classes, I am very flexible! When arriving to walk or watch your dog, they will be greeted with love. Depending on how much they like to be pet, I will sit with them and give them affection for as long as they need. Walks are at their pace, as it is their time to explore the world!

I care for the animal like they are my own, i want them to feel safe when a new person comes into their home as well helping them adopt to my environment.

Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, feeding, administering a consistent routine, brushing, bathing, or simply providing plenty of love and companionship, I’m committed to making sure they feel comfortable, secure, and cared for while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family member, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind knowing your dog is happy, safe, and having a great time. I can’t wait to meet you and your best friend and provide a loving, dependable home away from home! As a registered nurse, providing compassionate, dependable care is a part of who I am—and I bring that same level of dedication to every pet I look after. My nursing schedule gives me four days off each week, allowing me plenty of flexibility to provide attentive, personalized care for your furry family member. Whether your pup needs quick potty breaks every few hours, daily walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, or full-time care in the comfort of your home, I’m happy to accommodate your needs whenever my schedule allows. I understand how important routine is for dogs, and I strive to keep them comfortable, active, and loved while you’re away. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible by providing reliable care, lots of affection, and regular photo and video updates so you always know your best friend is in great hands. While I’m unable to board pets in my own home at this time, I provide exceptional in-home pet care so your dog can stay happy and comfortable in the place they know best—their own home. As both a registered nurse and lifelong dog lover, I understand that trust is everything when inviting someone into your home and caring for a beloved family member. I pride myself on being dependable, honest, respectful, and attentive to every detail. Your dog’s safety, happiness, and well-being are always my highest priorities, and I’ll care for your home with the same respect and responsibility as if it were my own. By keeping your pet in their familiar environment, they can maintain their normal routine, reducing stress and helping them feel secure while you’re away. Whether it’s walks, meals, playtime, cuddle sessions, medications, or simply keeping them company, I’ll provide personalized care tailored to their needs. My goal is simple: for you to return home to a happy, healthy pup and a home that’s just as you left it. I’ll also keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your furry family member is safe, loved, and in caring hands.
About: I currently have 2 dogs of my own at home; Groot and Bo. I have experience in taking care of animals that aren't mine as well. I love an opportunity build a rapport with new dogs and their owners. I love everything from feeding and training to playing and walking. House-Sitting: I am an experienced house-sitter. I have house-sat for many people in Tucson, AZ. I have house-sat at many locations, from Southeast, and Northeast Tucson to central Tucson near Swan. I have access to reliable transportation, and I am willing to spend the night with your pups and make sure they are taken care of. I can stay the night on weekdays, however, I work on Friday and Saturday Evenings. Dog-Walking: I love walking! It's good exercise both for the dog and me! I am an avid hiker, so I can do longer walks if need be. I am available most early mornings and afternoons everyday. I currently work part time a couple of days a week, but it shouldn’t impede my ability to schedule house-sitting, visits or dog walking as my schedule is pretty flexible. I like to have a conversation with the owner about boundaries in the house as well as keeping a close watch on the dogs at all times.
About: Hi there! I work for Coconino County full-time, and I love using Rover to meet new furry friends and earn a little extra on the side. I’m married and have proudly called Flagstaff home for about seven years. Can’t wait to meet your pets! My Experience: I have 10+ years of experience in house/pet sitting! In high school I consistently pet sat as a means of earning income. Which has provided me with a deep understanding of animal care and responsibility. In high school, I held a daily position for 2 years, where I was responsible for the daily care and exercise of a client’s dog. I transitioned from that role to pursue higher education in Flagstaff, where I have accumulated on and off pet sitting gigs. My background also includes a year and a half working on a ranch, where I gained valuable experience in handling and caring for horses. I currently have two labs I grew up with in my hometown, and I care for two cats at my residence in Flagstaff. My lifelong passion for animals is reflected in the professional and attentive care I provide, ensuring the well-being and comfort of every pet under my supervision. I’m a dedicated professional working with Coconino County, and I’m passionate about caring for animals. Growing up surrounded by pets, I’ve developed a lifelong love for our furry friends, and now I’m excited to offer dog walking and pet sitting services in my free time. I’m fully available on Friday’s and weekends and would love to spend time with your pets! On weekdays, I’m available early mornings before 6:30am, around lunchtime from 12-1 pm, and in the evenings after 5:00 pm. I also work most days remotely from home which allows for flexibility. Whether it’s a quick walk or an extended multi-night stay, I’m committed to ensuring your pet has everything they need and more. I make sure they have plenty of food and water, administer any medications right on schedule, and most importantly, provide a comfortable and loving environment while their family is away. I spend quality time playing or walking with them and visit multiple times throughout the day to keep them company. I would love to go on hikes as well with your dog (if possible)! My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved in my care.
