About: I have personal experience taking care of (walking, bathing, feeding, enrichment, training) all animals and love to do it. Professionally, I’ve worked at doggy daycares, other dog-walking and pet-sitting apps, and volunteered to assist with puppy births. My experience is mostly with dogs; however, I have taken care of cats and more! I work a full-time job, but my hours are flexible which means I have days I am in-office or at home and I do not work weekends. It is very easy for me to leave work to provide pet care and return later that day or make-up hours later in the week. About: I grew up in a multi-cat household and now own 5 cats between my parents and myself! There's no kitty I can't handle - from super social, to shy, to very sassy, I'm known to be able to form a bond with every cat that comes into my care. I'm also a lover of all animals, I owned fish and lizards and have spent a lot of time helping walk and take care of my family's dogs. My animals are my life, and I've been on Rover for almost four years now! I also have a lot of experience working for Happy Cats Concierge LLC in Reston, VA, where I provided a range of services for cats of various quantities, ages, and personalities. About: I’ve taken care of pets for 35 years. I am able to administer medications including injectable’s if needed. I work with all breeds and temperaments, and do not shy away from pets that have behavioral issues. I’ve worked extensively with large farm animals to include horses, goats, donkeys, and cattle and have cared for the occasional parrot, chinchilla, and snake. Since pet sitting is my only employment, I am able to provide companionship to your fur family 14-18 hours daily including overnight care. I also am able to check mail, grab packages, and water plants at no additional charge. I keep to your pets normal daily routine, to include walks, potty breaks, feeding schedule, and of course nap times. Let’s set up a meet and greet to see if I’m a good fit. Currently I am only doing pet sitting and it’s my primary and only employment. This enables me to spend more time with your fur babies. I care for pets in your home as requested. I stick to their normal daily schedule. I also water plants and grab mail as needed.

About: Hi, my name is Gilbrith! I have lived in Richmond for 10 years and have recently graduated with a masters degree in mental health counseling. I work weekends at a puppy yoga studio - but am looking for more fuzzy companionship! Growing up, my home never had less than two dogs at a time, each of which were considered an equal member of the family. As a child, my parents instilled in me an immense love and respect for animals, and I was taught to anticipate and attend to our dogs' needs from a young age. Besides being surrounded by dogs my entire adolescence, I have been a pet sitter for friends, family members, roommates and colleagues for over 8 years. I have experience caring for a variety of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, and hamsters. I am comfortable with puppies and senior dogs, and have some experience with medication management and dogs with special medical needs. I am certified in pet first aid and CPR. I currently have a flexible schedule. I work 2 days a month at the yoga studio. I live a relatively quiet life and am a bit of a homebody, allowing me to spend more quality time with your pet! My top priority is making your pet feel as safe and relaxed as possible, and keeping them in their own home, and in their usual routine, is the best way I know to do this. I send updates to my clients several times throughout the course of the day, unless otherwise requested, sending pictures and letting you know how your pets are doing, while also leaving an open line of contact for any questions or concerns either party may have.
