About: I was raised in a family of animal lovers and helped to care for at least one family pup at all times. From my grandma's cat filled house to my own dogs, I have always been surrounded by a variety of furry friends so I'm very comfortable and experienced with caring for them. I began pet-sitting for neighbors as soon as I got into high school, and I'm very excited to meet some new furry friends! As a second year student at the University of Virginia home on winter break from classes, I've got a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time to pet care! I have a completely free schedule, which means I can provide consistent and attentive care for your furry friends, ensuring they get plenty of playtime, walks, and attention while you're away! Since I live in an apartment that doesn't allow animals, I don't offer in-home pet care services. Instead, I provide dedicated pet care at your convenience! I will make sure your pet feels comfortable and happy during our time together. I also maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs, ensuring your furry friend receives the best care possible in a familiar environment. Your pet's well-being is my top priority!

About: I have experience caring for dogs through both long-term and everyday responsibilities, including helping raise my aunt’s dog from puppyhood and regularly caring for my boyfriend’s dog. My responsibilities have included walking, feeding, playtime, maintaining routines, and providing companionship to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. What sets me apart from other sitters is the level of care and attention I give to each pet individually. I understand that being away from their owner can be stressful for some animals, so I focus on creating a calm, reassuring, and positive environment where they feel secure and loved. My experience caring for puppies has also taught me patience, consistency, and the importance of paying close attention to behavior, routines, and energy levels. I treat every pet with the same care, compassion, and responsibility I would want for my own animals. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I already spend a lot of time caring for my own cats. I make sure they’re fed, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention and playtime throughout the day. I even take my cat on walks, so I’m very attentive to both physical activity and emotional enrichment. Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy, so being patient, observant, and consistent with their routines comes very naturally to me. II believe pets communicate their needs through their behavior and body language, so I always pay close attention to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and understood. I respect each pet’s boundaries while also giving them plenty of attention, playtime, and care. In both my home and a client’s home, I focus on keeping pets comfortable, maintaining their routine, and making sure they don’t feel lonely or stressed while their owner is away.

About: My name is Nick and I am a teacher in Chesterfield county looking to use my love for animals as a way to make some extra money over the summer. I have had dogs and cats growing up my whole life and currently have a dog named Bagel and a cat named Friday. I also have lots of experience dog/cat sitting for friends and family over the years ever since I was in high-school. I am a teacher so I won’t be working during the summers so I will have unlimited time during the day/night to take care of your pets and their needs! About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life and have been a cat dad for six years now so I have a vast amount of experience with both animals and love both equally. Family friends have relied on me to take care of their dogs, including overnight stays for weeks at a time, when they go on vacation. I have also taken care of my friends' cats on multiple occasions and love the opportunity to do so. With pets I have administered medication, changed and cleaned litter boxes, and fed at appropriate times. I'm currently working part-time so will have plenty of time for visits with bog dogs and cats! I am also outdoorsy and athletic so would love to play outside with pets whenever I get the chance. Part-time shifts would be no earlier than 9:30 in the morning and no later than 9:30 in the evening, so I would always be free for early morning or evening visits. I have plenty of experience with dog sitting for family friends while staying in their house, so would be very comfortable with home visits or walking around the neighborhood.
