Pets, like people, have triggers. I would like to know as much a possible to make the visit go smoothly. Sorry and snack preferences are important too. I like to walk them to Starbucks and get Pupcups. Lol
A typical day
I know that it's important to have some routines that are similar to those at home, so I will use the same routine as is possible. With permission from the pet family, I will play as the age accords.

My daughters complain that their fur babies are spoiled when I return them. (And, they keep asking me to take care of them despite this. )

Mindy was amazing especially with my grumpy senior dog. I have never seen Bucky take to a new person so quickly. She sent photos of my dogs on their walks and checked in with me each day. I can not recommend her enough.
Highly recommend. I was visiting Richmond from out of town and was so grateful for the care and consideration Mindy gave me and my fur-baby. Very appreciative for the way she handled my apprehension, as I was a first time Rover user, showing genuine concern and compassion. Her communication before, during and after the appointment was excellent. She went above that to meet me at a coffee shop to sit and chat before picking up and taking my girl for a walk. She sent me pictures during and after the visit too! Thank you, Mindy - I hope you haven't spoiled us!
Mindy has been an excellent and reliable to work with. She took great care of our two cats while we were away for a week. She was very respectful of our home and went above and beyond to make our experience much better. I highly recommend working with her.
