About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15 years old. I don’t just walk dogs- I turn every stroll into their favorite part of the day! I’m currently working full time during the week, so I am looking for something with flexible hours on weekends that allows me to make some extra money. I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality—whether that means fetch in the backyard, a quiet snuggle on the couch, or just someone to keep them company. I create a safe, loving environment where pets feel relaxed and engaged. I’ll send lots of photos and updates so you can enjoy your time away without worry!

About: I’ve taken care of so many different kinds of dogs since I was a little girl, from helping with breeding, nursing baby puppies back to health, potty training, growing up, and also as they grew old. Small dogs, medium dogs, large dogs, they all have been a part of my life of which I have enjoyed. Sadly, seizures and surgeries with daily medications have also been a part of the care I have given. I LOVE animals and love on any of those in my care like they are my own. I’m off work in the summers and can board all days of the week. When I go back to work, I can still board dogs all days of the week, but would just be away from home during my working hours. I have a fenced in backyard and two friendly dogs that will keep your pup comfortable while you are away. I also have two crates that can be used unless you prefer to bring your own. Dog beds, blankets, and dog water are available at all times.

About: Hi! I'm Gabrielle, a passionate animal lover, proud dog mom to my 3 year old pup Yonah, and a full time elementary school teacher who's trading in tiny humans for furry companions this summer! Looking for someone to take your dog on walks, give them lots of love, and keep you updated with adorable photos while you're away? I’ve got you covered! We'll collaborate to make sure your pet has a tail-wagging good time while you’re gone! I’ve been pet sitting and dog walking since elementary school—also helping with fish, frogs, a bird, and a hamster, and eventually convincing my parents I was ready for a dog of my own. My sister and I lovingly cared for our family dog until she was 14, and now Yonah, my own "dog daughter," keeps me on my toes with her sweet, fun-loving spirit that matches mine perfectly. With five years of teaching under my belt, I bring a nurturing, patient, and dependable presence to every pet I care for. Whether your pup loves cuddles, outdoor adventures, or just someone to chill with, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and totally at home. I live in a 2 bedroom townhome with a fenced in patio and access to beautiful walking trail. I also am near dog parks and around pet friendly businesses if you'd like your pet to be socialized. I'm currently a teacher on summer break, so I have flexibility when it comes to caring for your pup! I want to remain active during my break while also taking time to do the things I enjoy, like taking walks! With my own puppy, I take time after my workdays to take her for walks, playdates, or play time at the dog parks. Whether it's a short lap around the neighborhood or a long stroll through town, I can work with you to fit you and your dog's needs. I am very attentive and am sure to keep an eye out for your pet's safety and comfortability at all times, whether in home or on a walk. I also have a playful, 3 year old mini cockapoo that can keep your dog company on our walks or playdates (if requested).

“Chelsey was great! Reliable and attentive.”

About: I retired from teaching 3 years ago and have been caring for pets in their homes, cleaning litter boxes and taking dogs out for exercise during that time. I have personally owned 2 large dogs well into their senior years. I have had cats my entire life and still have one. I typically take care of cats and dogs when their owners are away; feeding, administering pills, bathing and cleaning ears and eyes, cleaning litter boxes, trimming claws, exercising/playing with dogs, and playing/cuddling with cats. I believe these visits have been the most rewarding activities of my life. As a retired teacher, I am flexible to care for pets any day of the week. I am also willing to stay overnight in your home and be your pet’s companion. I still have a cat of my own on whom I like to check at some point each day if staying nights at another pet owner’s home. Sometimes the owners I serve are away for 7-15 days at a time. I will send daily updates and pictures as well during your absence. I have been providing care for pets in the owners’ homes. I therefore water and feed the cats and dogs and administer pills, if needed. I clean litter boxes and tidy up, making sure pet hair, etc. is cleaned up. I get the mail and take out trash. I play/cuddle with the cats and exercise/play/cuddle with the dogs. I love to walk so I never get enough of walking dogs. I take extra precautions if dogs are anxious when I have to leave for a while, i.e., leave music playing or do something special with the dogs before I leave. The dogs usually sleep in the bed with me and we become great friends.

About: I’ve always had a passion for pets, and my experience caring for animals runs deep. I've looked after my neighbors' dogs and cats, and I’ve taken care of my sister's big 110-pound dog along with her two mischievous kittens. Growing up with dogs, I’ve developed a solid understanding of their needs, and right now, I’m lucky to have two amazing pups of my own: a 12-year-old Chihuahua and a lively 5-year-old Pitbull. They’re the best of friends, and they’ve taught me a lot about senior dog care and playtime balance. I truly enjoy spending time with animals, and I’m committed to making sure your pets feel loved and well cared for while you’re away. I am a line dance instructor full time, so I have no issues fitting in pet care! I teach classes 4 times a week and sometimes I do dance events on Fridays. I am available for casual walks or play dates on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Friday mornings-afternoon, and am available for overnight boarding most weekends. I have two dogs in my home, one senior Chihuahua/Beagle mix and one young Pitbull mix. Both are up-to-date on all shots. I do have 1 crate available if needed. My pitty does typically get crated when I’m not home. Both dogs have access to food and water bowls. I do not have a fenced in yard, so I am very used to leashes. I love to take my dogs to the local dog park (5 minutes away). Both of my dogs are potty trained and leash trained. I am comfortable with walking dogs, feeding dogs, and administering oral medications.

About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong animal lover and current pet parent to one energetic German Shorthaired Pointer puppy and two independent (but secretly snuggly) cats. Caring for such a high-energy breed has given me lots of experience with exercise needs, structure, and gentle training — while my cats remind me to always respect boundaries and read body language. Whether your pet is playful, shy, anxious, or a total goofball, I meet them where they are. I believe in kind, attentive care and keeping pets as comfortable and happy as possible while you’re away. I’m reliable, patient, and genuinely love getting to know each animal’s unique personality. With a flexible schedule and ample free time, I’m able to provide reliable, consistent care tailored to your pet’s needs. Whether it’s frequent potty breaks, medication on a schedule, or just keeping them company, I’m fully present and available. Whether your pet stays with me or I come to you, I do my best to create a calm, safe, and loving environment. At my home, pets have room to play, relax, and feel like part of the family alongside my friendly GSP pup and two laid-back cats. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I’m always respectful of your space and stick closely to your pet’s normal routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free.

About: I have been around dogs my entire life and currently have two senior dogs of my own. I’m completely comfortable with dogs of all ages and sizes, from energetic puppies to older dogs who need a little extra care. I’ve done dog sitting here and there over the years, but I’m taking it more seriously this summer before I start college. I can handle everything from feeding and walking to playtime and following any specific routines your dog is used to. I treat every dog like they’re my own and always make sure they feel safe and loved. Pet care fits well into my weekday routine, and I’m available for check-ins Monday through Friday. I’m not able to do weekends or overnights at this time. My schedule is most open between late June and mid-August, with some weekday flexibility depending on my summer camp job. I’ll always communicate clearly and keep my calendar updated so you can easily see when I’m available. Pet care is a priority for me this summer, and I’m happy to work with you to find times that fit your needs. I’m super flexible and always follow the dog’s usual routine or any special instructions from the owner. Whether caring in my home or theirs, I focus on keeping the pet comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I also keep owners updated to make sure they feel confident their pet is in good hands.

About: Hello! My name is Abigail, and I’ve been passionate about caring for animals for as long as I can remember. I currently have three wonderful fur babies: two Shih Tzu’s and a husky, along with a lovely cat. I take great pride in treating every pet I care for as if they were my own. Whether it’s feeding, watering, administering medication, cleaning litter boxes, or engaging in playtime and cuddles, I ensure each animal receives compassionate and attentive care. I especially enjoy the special bond that forms through play and affection, making sure your pet feels loved and comfortable while you’re away. My schedule is flexible during the summer months (June and July). The rest of the year, I am available in the evenings and on weekends since I am a full-time college student, soon to be teacher in January. Therefore, I can meet your pet’s needs! I am also happy to stay overnight in your home and be your pet’s friend if you wish. Additionally, I will send daily updates and pictures during your absence. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Thank you! I will provide the utmost care when taking care of your furry babies. I ask that you let me know your pet’s usual routine, and I will continue it while you're away. I have experience caring for pets in their owners' homes. Therefore, I will water, feed, and administer pills (if needed) to your pets. I will also clean litter boxes and tidy up, ensuring any pet hair and related messes are taken care of. Additionally, I will play and cuddle with cats, and play, cuddle, and exercise with dogs.

“Kyleigh is the best. She is flexible- our family appreciates because our schedules are crazy but she’s willing to make it work where she can. I trust her completely in my home and with my dog and cat. She is someone you can trust, count on, and will be exceptionally kind and loving with your pets. I would t hesitate to recommend Kyleigh.”

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was in middle school. I’ve also grown up with multiple dogs in my household my whole life. I know how to handle serious situations and how to properly take care of animals in difficult conditions. Im working a part time job this summer that allows me a ton of flexibility during the weekdays and also mostly free weekends to spend my time taking care of your pets! I have always taken care of pets in the owners home, my dog at home is not super friendly. That being said I know how to handle those moments! I often stay over night with pets and spend multiple hours of my day with them at the house. Since it’s been a hot summer I do early morning walks. I also love to play with your pets inside if that’s allowed and the space is available!

“Had to find a sitter at the last minute because my other one cancelled on me thee night before I was going to be leaving out of town. I was honestly freaking out because I did not think I would be able to find one with so little time left. But Zahara immediately responded and agreed to care of Ollie during those days. She was very sweet and even brought my mail inside for me and left it on the counter. I will be recommending her to all of my family and friends. I will be rebooking with her in the future. Thank you”

About: I have been taking care of family members' dogs regularly for years, including senior dogs with special needs and puppies with no training. Over the years I have gained a working knowledge of caring for dogs with dietary restrictions and mobility issues. I have also had experience teaching two puppies potty training and leash training. Any size dog is welcome, for I have taken care of dogs ranging from six to ninety pounds. I can work around the pet's needs if given a few days to iron out personal schedules. I am in college, so if I spend the night pet sitting, I will have to allocate a certain amount of time for my classes. When in a client's home I like to have a detailed list of instructions regarding the locations of a pet's food, toys, and personal belongings. I will always strive to keep a pet's usual schedule when inside their home and leave time for them to become comfortable with me. I am not afraid of reactive dogs, I can handle ones that bark and bite easily. As the night progresses I will make sure that the home is secure, clean, and happy for the dog I am watching. I am perfectly happy to sleep with the dog on a couch or on the floor if the need arises. Special dietary needs are always important to me, so medications and food will be given correctly at the allocated times.

About: I have experience volunteering at rescues, I worked at an animal shelter for a year and a dog boarding daycare facility for a year. I had my own dog and cat pet sitting business back in Highschool. I have fostered animals too. I have a cat named cookie who is 2 years old and have previously owned a dog and grew up with dogs. I love animals and love to learn about them I work part time at a county park so have a lot of time for taking care of dogs or cats. Would love for this to be like a part time job. I’m unable to pet sit but I can house sit. I’ve house sitter pets in my neighbor hood and really enjoyed it so decided to start on rover.
