About: I’ve taken care of so many different kinds of dogs since I was a little girl, from helping with breeding, nursing baby puppies back to health, potty training, growing up, and also as they grew old. Small dogs, medium dogs, large dogs, they all have been a part of my life of which I have enjoyed. Sadly, seizures and surgeries with daily medications have also been a part of the care I have given. I LOVE animals and love on any of those in my care like they are my own. I’m off work in the summers and can board all days of the week. When I go back to work, I can still board dogs all days of the week, but would just be away from home during my working hours. I have a fenced in backyard and two friendly dogs that will keep your pup comfortable while you are away. I also have two crates that can be used unless you prefer to bring your own. Dog beds, blankets, and dog water are available at all times.

About: I retired from teaching 3 years ago and have been caring for pets in their homes, cleaning litter boxes and taking dogs out for exercise during that time. I have personally owned 2 large dogs well into their senior years. I have had cats my entire life and still have one. I typically take care of cats and dogs when their owners are away; feeding, administering pills, bathing and cleaning ears and eyes, cleaning litter boxes, trimming claws, exercising/playing with dogs, and playing/cuddling with cats. I believe these visits have been the most rewarding activities of my life. As a retired teacher, I am flexible to care for pets any day of the week. I am also willing to stay overnight in your home and be your pet’s companion. I still have a cat of my own on whom I like to check at some point each day if staying nights at another pet owner’s home. Sometimes the owners I serve are away for 7-15 days at a time. I will send daily updates and pictures as well during your absence. I have been providing care for pets in the owners’ homes. I therefore water and feed the cats and dogs and administer pills, if needed. I clean litter boxes and tidy up, making sure pet hair, etc. is cleaned up. I get the mail and take out trash. I play/cuddle with the cats and exercise/play/cuddle with the dogs. I love to walk so I never get enough of walking dogs. I take extra precautions if dogs are anxious when I have to leave for a while, i.e., leave music playing or do something special with the dogs before I leave. The dogs usually sleep in the bed with me and we become great friends.

I've looked after my neighbors' dogs and cats, and I’ve taken care of my sister's big 110-pound dog along with her two mischievous kittens. My pitty does typically get crated when I’m not home. Both dogs have access to food and water bowls. I do not have a fenced in yard, so I am very used to leashes. About: I have been taking care of family members' dogs regularly for years, including senior dogs with special needs and puppies with no training. Over the years I have gained a working knowledge of caring for dogs with dietary restrictions and mobility issues. I have also had experience teaching two puppies potty training and leash training. Any size dog is welcome, for I have taken care of dogs ranging from six to ninety pounds. I can work around the pet's needs if given a few days to iron out personal schedules. I am in college, so if I spend the night pet sitting, I will have to allocate a certain amount of time for my classes. When in a client's home I like to have a detailed list of instructions regarding the locations of a pet's food, toys, and personal belongings. I will always strive to keep a pet's usual schedule when inside their home and leave time for them to become comfortable with me. I am not afraid of reactive dogs, I can handle ones that bark and bite easily. As the night progresses I will make sure that the home is secure, clean, and happy for the dog I am watching. I am perfectly happy to sleep with the dog on a couch or on the floor if the need arises. Special dietary needs are always important to me, so medications and food will be given correctly at the allocated times.

About: I have experience volunteering at rescues, I worked at an animal shelter for a year and a dog boarding daycare facility for a year. I had my own dog and cat pet sitting business back in Highschool. I have fostered animals too. I have a cat named cookie who is 2 years old and have previously owned a dog and grew up with dogs. I love animals and love to learn about them I work part time at a county park so have a lot of time for taking care of dogs or cats. Would love for this to be like a part time job.
