About: I have 20 years experience taking care of dogs and cats of all kind. I have a very friendly small dog named Charlie that I rescued. I worked and volunteered with the SPCA, 3 different rescues in Greensboro and have been a foster to many different dog breeds and cats, including puppies and kittens. I work from home and only take 1 dog at a time so I can be attentive to your pet as much as possible, and make their stay as comfortable as possible :) Currently I can not handle large breed dogs, unless you need me to let them out in a yard at your home. I am currently working from home and would love to take care of your beloved pet like my own. I am available for dog walks, check ins and boarding at my house. I own my home and it’s just me and Charlie, so it’s a very calm and relaxed environment. Charlie is fixed, up to date on shots and on flea/tick preventative. If your dog would stay with us they would need to be dog friendly and have proof of rabies and be on flea/tick prevention

About: Cat mom of 2, Jimmi is 25 and rescued from Fukushima Japan during my time volunteering with Japan Cat Network (he’s a bit of a celebrity and was featured on animal planet!), and Pixie is 3 years old. Every cat has their own unique “big personality” that compliments the home and add a little spunk to our lives! My dog Kylo is a rescue from Prince William county VA animal shelter and has been with me since 2018, he’s approximately 10 years old. I recently moved from northern VA and looking to get to know the community better. What better way than through meeting likeminded pet owners! I am currently looking for professional work and availability will be evenings and weekends, but for now I have quite a bit of flexibility to accommodate. I’m in a smoke free apartment with an extra bedroom, a nice dog park, and dog wash station available. I’m happy to also come to your home and follow your routines.

About: I can't pass a pup in public without getting in a quick pet. If I'm meeting you for the first time I may or may not remember your name, but I'll remember every detail (including name) of your pup. I'm 50 years old, but when I'm in the presence of a furry friend, I start baby talking like a 2-year-old. Bottom line, I love dogs. I am Mama to 4 rescue pups and a rescue kitty. I've proudly fostered 9 rescues over the years and although it's a challenging job, it's extremely rewarding seeing them happy and healthy in their forever homes and knowing that I had a small part to play in that. I'm a stay-at-home Mom of two teenagers who don't need me nearly as much as they used too. That newly acquired free time enables me to accomodate almost any number of drop in visits per day to spend quality time with your fur baby! My pups are used to a specific routine and thrive when they are comfortable and know what to expect. With that being said, I'm happy to follow any care instructions that you request. From administering medication to going on fun-filled walks, your request is my command!

I also have worked with large dog breeds with paralysis, and I’ve worked with additional animals needing special care. I also feel confident with administering any medications that are needed. I am a teacher in downtown Greensboro so my day is flexible and short. I have tons of time to play and hang out with any pet you have. I am very flexible with the needs of the pet. While the owner is away, I try to keep the same schedule that the owners provide. In addition I am more than happy to walk your dog extra or play with your cat more if that is a service that is wanted. I also can give baths if we have too much fun!

About: I grew up on a pig farm with various animals including dogs and cats. We had every pet I can think of big and small. While I don't miss the smell of the farm, I sure miss the animals and all the work that comes with them! I currently work from home and have a lot of time to entertain. I also have a teenager around who loves animals as well. When I am occupied with work, she is extremely helpful with tasks, feeding and playtime. My availability can vary week to week, but I’m able to plan my schedule around pet care and make sure your pet gets plenty of playtime, walks, and companionship. I live in a one-bedroom apartment with access to a dog park, a large open field directly in front of my complex, and several nearby walking trails. I make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and given plenty of opportunities for exercise and outdoor time. I’ll also follow any routines, feeding instructions, or special care preferences you provide so your pet feels as comfortable and safe as possible.

About: I have several years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and reptiles, including my own senior dog before she passed. I have experience in the medical field and am comfortable with giving medication orally and via injection if needed. I am comfortable caring for all ages of pets from puppies and kittens to seniors. Currently the only pet in my home is my senior bearded dragon who has an enclosure with a lid. I have just started a new job Mon-Thurs, and am available to give your fur babies all the love on the weekends or during the week if your pet is okay being alone for about 8 hours. I live on the edge of downtown and walk through Fisher Park at least once daily. I don't have a proper fenced in yard, as it is shared between several houses, but there is space for a potty break. I live in a fairly busy area so if you dog is noise reactive I probably am not the right fit for you.

About: I grew up helping take care of dogs and have been around them for as long as I can remember. I've looked after my own dogs as well as those of friends and family. There’s hardly been a year in my life without a dog in it, and I truly can’t imagine life without one! I currently work full time as a 2nd grade teacher, but I’m available for boarding, doggie day care, walking, dropping in, or playing with your dog during the week and on the weekends. My 17 year old daughter will be assisting as she absolutely loves dogs too. Our house is in a neighborhood. We currently have one dog who is a morkipoo and is very playful and loves other dogs. We are able to crate your dog if needed.
