“It was my first time using Rover and I loved it! She is attentive and understanding. You can tell she loves the animals that she takes care of. With it being my first time away from my dog, especially with Maxi being under the care of a stranger, I was worried and have been missing her even more. Genesis gave me updates and sent me pictures of Maxi, which calmed my nerves. 10/10 would definitely book again!”
