About: I've had pets since age 5. Love them all and consider them family. My hubby and I are retired and I am ready to help with your fur babies. They'll be part of my extended family. I have 2 senior dogs so i know about all the trials and tribulations of an aging pet. I have had several pets throughout the years with medical issues that require meds so i am very familiar with administering medications. Your pets will be safe with me, i will protect and care for them as if they were my own. We are retired and permanent residents of la Quinta. We are in town 90% of the year, and we have 2 very friendly Havanese dogs of our own so visitors are always welcome. We walk several times a day and if it’s very hot, we have a beautiful shaded (with 8 umbrellas) courtyard that provides lots of shade for potty breaks and sniffing flowers. We have lots of grassy spots for dog walks. We live on a golf course so no shortage of walking areas. When it's too hot we have a shaded, fenced courtyard for exercise and potty breaks. I will follow your pets schedule according to instructions, i know that every pet has their routine and it’s important to stick with that routine.

She followed all our instructions (there were a lot) and was great about staying in touch and sharing pictures of them. We miss them a lot while we are gone… they are our babies. About: I started out walking dogs in my neighborhood when I was 13, I have been dog walking/sitting since. Making sure pups have fun and are safe/taken care of is my top goal. My schedule is pretty all over the place, but I can always try to work with clients in terms of times and days i’m available! A list of allergies, scheduled meal times, and special care instructions are required, as I strive to carry the same routine you have with your pup while you’re away.

“My wife and I were so lucky to have found Millie to watch our puppies. She came over a couple days before our trip and our dogs, Briggs and Linus, instantly connected with her. We knew right away that this was the pet sitter we were looking for. After Millie spent some time with our pups, unprompted, she asked if there were any other things she needed to look after while we were gone. We took her through the directions and gave her the key. When we returned from our trip the dogs were happy and the house was cleaner than when we left it. Millie watered our plants, cleaned up the backyard, and even washed some towels! She took the dogs outside everyday for playtime and really saw to their needs. Our dog Linus is a Boston terrier and often has issues with his eyes. Millie noticed his eye becoming inflamed and immediately sent us some photos. She took him to the vet and administered his ointment as directed. If you are looking for someone that is responsible, loving, and thorough then Millie is the pet/house sitter for you!”
