It can be concerning when trying a caregiver for the first time, but she completely exceeded expectations and made our dog feel right at home. I could tell from the videos, photos and descriptions that our dog had so much fun and was so happy, even with her tending to have a hard time opening up to new people. After meeting with Justin I was more at ease..till drop off day..then it all hit..Justin kept reassuring me that stratus would be fine and I felt better..but when I got the 1st update and I saw him playing with other pups and that goofy husky tongue hanging I knew he was ok. Justin and Stephanie were great with pupdates and communicated throughout the stay. If I messaged they were quick to respond. My boy came home happy healthy and I would recommend Justin to anyone. “The fact that Courtney is a vet was one of the reasons I reached out to see if she was able to watch Sunny for a weekend while I was out of town due to how anxious she can get. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. I would 10/10 recommend her and will definitely be booking services with her again when the time comes!”

What a wonderful, stress-free experience we had with LaToya! Our sweet little dog is a bit on the anxious side, she's almost 11, but still becomes pretty nervous on the way to the groomer and vet. She's slow to warm up to new people, but surprisingly, she immediately took to LaToya! This literally has never happened, so I knew right away that it was a match made in heaven! LaToya was incredibly responsive, shared pics daily and provided updates about our little one's adjustment process and her week. Leaving our dog with LaToya felt like leaving her with family. We're grateful for that and excited to now have a very comfortable option for her new home away from home when needed. FIVE PLUS stars for sure! Definitely intend to use LaToya's services again and I highly recommend her without reservation! You will not be disappointed! Thank you LaToya!
Susan was wonderful! She clearly knows dogs and did everything to make Cheyenne's transition smooth and easy. I felt so comfortable leaving her with Susan because I knew she would be loved and in good hands. She was communicative and flexible and I know Cheyenne is looking forward to lounging in the yard again!
This is the second time we have used Elisabeth. Her and her family are so sweet and treat the dogs they watch like their own! She watched our dog for 2 weeks which is the longest we’ve been apart, and Elisabeth was amazing with sending us pictures and updates. It made us feel so much better! We will definitely book again!
This was our first time using a dog sitter, and since this is our first pup, we really didn’t know what to expect. But honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She went above and beyond to care for our puppy as if he were her own. The constant photos and updates gave us so much peace of mind and showed us just how happy and well cared for he was. Claudia was professional, polite, caring, and an excellent communicator. The place was clean, and everything was just wonderful. If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would! Veruchka was nice enough to do a last minute booking. When I picked Cardi up she was very happy. I could tell she must of been playing a lot. Also got a lot of pics of Cardi. She has an adorable 3 year old that Cardi seemed to really have fun with. Will definitely be booking with her again.
Blue had an amazing time! Was taken care of and well loved. Multiple walks and playtime were amazing for him! He was definitely tired after he got back which was so awesome. Nicole made sure to take care of him in an extremely professional manner. Would definitely recommend Nicole and be using her in the future

She excels at communication, providing regular updates with pictures and detailed descriptions of what the dogs have been up to, ensuring peace of mind at all times. Paige has also been very flexible in accommodating our schedule. She made sure our girls were well-fed, walked, and, above all, showered with love and snuggles.
