“Ashley was phenomenal! She took great care of our 2 cats and my turtle while we were gone for a week and a half. She was very timely and let us know when she was going to be even a few minutes late (her arrival was always within the window we provided). She grabbed our packages and even took the garbage cans in front the curb. She sent upwards of 50 photos every day, which we absolutely loved! She even got our formal stray cat to play with her which even we can’t do most of the time. She comes with pouches of cat nip to help the kitties warm up to her as well. We will definitely be using her again in the future!”
About: My introduction to working with animals started when I became a sitter/walker in my free time during college. In addition to having my own pets- both cats and dogs, I have over four years of experience working with dogs as a groomer. It is safe to say I am an animal lover that treats any baby in my care like they’re my own. Whatever special care your fur baby may need, I am willing to provide! About: I am compassionate, caring and loving to all cats. My cat is my best friend because she listens better than humans. Cats are my go to for unjudgmental opinions I work full time, so I would be available to care for your furbabies after 4pm. I would also be available on the weekends to provide checkin n needed care. About: I grew up taking care of our Newfoundland from a puppy. I was his primary caretaker for brushing him, walking him, and feeding him. About: I have been raised with animals my entire life and I want to share that passion with others. I volunteer at a local shelter and have experience with different dog breeds and personalities. Stephanie did an amazing taking care of our 4 kitties. As kitty parents know every kitty has such a unique personality; ours are no different. With ages ranging from 1 1/2 to 17 they each got individual attention during her visits. We felt very comfortable leaving our oldest who has CKD & requires medication under her care. Even our 8 year old Bella who typically hides during sitter visits came out for some love & pets.
We can’t recommend Garrison highly enough! He was incredibly conscientious and kind, taking the time to understand our bunnies’ routines and needs before we left. Each day, he spent an hour with them—snuggling, feeding them exactly to our specifications, and making sure they were safe and happy. He also treated our home with great care, responsibly using our security system and even cleaning up after the bunnies. Garrison was friendly, punctual, and kept us updated with adorable pictures. We felt completely at ease knowing our bunnies were in such capable, caring hands. A truly wonderful sitter—highly recommend!

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
