“Ashley was phenomenal! She took great care of our 2 cats and my turtle while we were gone for a week and a half. She was very timely and let us know when she was going to be even a few minutes late (her arrival was always within the window we provided). She grabbed our packages and even took the garbage cans in front the curb. She sent upwards of 50 photos every day, which we absolutely loved! She even got our formal stray cat to play with her which even we can’t do most of the time. She comes with pouches of cat nip to help the kitties warm up to her as well. About: Growing up, I have a cat at home, and now I volunteer for Forgotten Cat over weekends to take care about 5 cats every time. I love hanging out with cats. I am a PhD student at University of Delaware, and I have a flexible schedule during weekends and weekday at night and in the morning. About: I am a very active and energetic person and love seeing the joy in all dogs. I have a 4 year old rescue who is also very energetic! She keeps me on my feet! Dogs love me because I love giving them attention all the time, I like to spoil them because that is what all dogs deserve! With ages ranging from 1 1/2 to 17 they each got individual attention during her visits. We felt very comfortable leaving our oldest who has CKD & requires medication under her care. Even our 8 year old Bella who typically hides during sitter visits came out for some love & pets.
Rachel was great with our three cats — Gus, Leo, and Cooper! She was easy to communicate with, flexible with timing, and clearly a true animal lover. Cooper is on the shyer side and Rachel was totally unfazed. We've used her before, will keep coming back, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!
We can’t recommend Garrison highly enough! He was incredibly conscientious and kind, taking the time to understand our bunnies’ routines and needs before we left. Each day, he spent an hour with them—snuggling, feeding them exactly to our specifications, and making sure they were safe and happy. He also treated our home with great care, responsibly using our security system and even cleaning up after the bunnies. Garrison was friendly, punctual, and kept us updated with adorable pictures.
