“Our experience with Tiffani was wonderful from first meeting to pick-up! We were nervous about leaving our dog for over a week but Tiffani made us feel comfortable. She was very responsive to text messages and took the time to have a meet-and-greet with her dog before booking. She asked relevant questions about our dog and assured us that she would follow our instructions. Tiffani sent us pictures and videos of our dog interacting with her pets and her son; these were comforting and entertaining! She was very flexible about pick-up and drop-off times.”

My dog did a lot of running around outside in his backyard and playing with the other dogs he was watching, but when it came time for me to pick him up he looked good as new. From the very beginning, she asked thoughtful questions that made us feel confident and at ease leaving our dog in her care. Right after drop-off, she sent us a message with photos to let us know how our dog was settling in, which was incredibly comforting. Throughout the three days, she kept us updated with pictures and messages, and we could clearly see that our dog was getting plenty of playtime, exercise, good food, and enjoying time with the other dog. When we picked her up, our dog was calm, balanced, and happy—which says everything. We would recommend Haoran anytime. She has a beautiful space with plenty of room for dogs to play, and she took excellent care of our dog while keeping us consistently updated, which we truly appreciated.”

This is Andrea's 2nd time sitting for my fur baby and I trust her completely. She is very nice, very friendly, very understanding, very helpful and very patient. The 2 times she boarded my pup were last minute requests and she accepted the job and took him in with no problem. She and her family are very nice, polite people. She always replies to my texts and messages and sends photos and videos without me having to ask. My pup was well taken care of the time he spent with Andrea.
This was more difficult than I expected. But the ease LeAndra took off my mind was very much appreciated. This was my first time leaving my “Heart” with anyone outside of immediate family and I was stressed. I know how my dog is and even tho he’s a cute little cuddler he’s a frenchie and can be stubborn. I got updates and pictures that made me feel a little better knowing he’s doing good, the communication flowed and I would highly recommend her.
Such a great Sitter. So kind and punctual. Very good with dogs and knows what she’s doing. Kept open communication throughout the stay and I was able to relax knowing my baby was in great hands! 10 out of 10 if you’re looking for someone whose loving to dogs & knows what they’re doing Nevaeh is the person! This was my first time ever leaving my Freddy with someone he didn’t already know, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She took the time to meet Fred, sent me pics, and made him feel at ease right from the start. I got regular updates that completely put my mind at ease, and I could tell he was getting unlimited attention and love. I’d 100% trust her with him again!
We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than Shannia! She took amazing care of our pet Nani over the 4th of July weekend. Despite the fireworks, she made sure Nani felt safe and comfortable by spending lots of time playing and cuddling with her. Shannia kept us updated throughout with plenty of adorable pictures and videos, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend Shannia for dog sitting — she is kind, attentive, and truly wonderful with pets. We will absolutely reach out to her again whenever Nani needs boarding.
