I really appreciated how she took the time to observe and learn about my dog’s personality to help her feel more comfortable. Communication was excellent throughout, and my very active dog got tons of exercise — she even went on a two-hour hike that she absolutely loved! When my pup ran out of food, Haoran kindly provided her own without hesitation. My dog can be pretty anxious, but Haoran and her husband showed such patience and genuine care. I’m so grateful for her passion for animals and will definitely be booking with her again!”
