We're down(ward) dog with all pups!
Hello My name is Jennifer , I am a freelancer and animal lover, who may cry after watching Dodo dog videos. My husband Inam is writer/comedian who enjoys pups more than his jokes. We are dog parents to two smaller pups Bob Marley and Bruce Springsteen. Don't worry they are very loving of other dogs. We have a house with a fenced backyard, with plenty of open space for the pups to play and socialize. We also volunteer for Badass Brooklyn and am lucky to have a car to help their dogs to and from medical appointments. We can do the same for you if you need help with transporting the dog and you dont have time to either drop the pup off my place, and/or We can get to your place much quicker then it normally takes to train it there. We can't imagine a life without dogs; we really don't deserve them. But you deserve the best care and fun for your pup. We have been very happy leaving our dog Gemma with Jennifer knowing that Gemma will receive loving care and attention throughout her stay.
Didn’t get to meet Inam but Jennifer was amazing with my Ralphie! She’s very patient and kind, all the good qualities needed to take great care of your pets. They sent pictures and updates almost every day which was much appreciated. Looked like my pup had a lot of fun. I’ll definitely be using their services again!
awesome awesome awesome people. They provided the best care i could ask for for my little Charlie boy. He came home exhausted from playing all day with them(good for me). They gave him his medications as instructed and even did a cute little photoshoot with him. They sent constant updates and he seemed to enjoy his time with them. Thank you so much. We recently got really stuck. Our little goldendoodle had a sore on his leg that was going to need more attention than the kennel we typically use could give and we were leaving that day on vacation for a week. We found Jennifer and Inam through Rover and they were able to take him just hours before our scheduled departure. We had never used the service before and were really nervous. THEY WERE AMAZING!!!! They treated our little guy like royalty and we got pictures and updates throughout the week which allowed us to have a wonderful family vacation free from worry. He came back happy, tired (from all the playing) and his sore was pretty much healed. Can't recommend Jennifer and Inam highly enough and we will definitely be using them again.
Jennifer is amazing! I was worried about leaving our dog who is a little shy for 4 days , but Jennifer was soo sweet and caring to our little dog. She is very good with dogs and loves them like they are her own. 10/10 recommend.
Inam and Jennifer took excellent care of our dogs and were delightful to deal with. Thank you very much to both of them.

Schedule
We both work from home and are home bodies and we also enjoy walking Our pups in our neighborhood. But if it’s ugly weather, we enjoy a good blanket and cuddle with our boys.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced backyard and our neighborhood is 2 to 3 blocks away from a street with car traffic. But we are very careful to ensure that the pups cannot bust through doors by putting gates and door locks to prevent any flight risk.
Pets
A typical day
We have plenty of toys to play with including ones to stimulant their mind (like treat puzzles). Dogs do get bored, so its important to give them attention so they aren't snoozing away the day. We like to go on walks through our neighborhood and take advantage of Prospect and Mount Prospect parks to switch up sidewalk walks and nature walks. We got for at least 3 walks through the day, more if we have puppies in the house. Usually our morning walk is the longest and we like to be out and about for at least an hour. Jenn carries a doggie sling so she can carry any of the littler or older pups when their legs get tired. At least a couple of times a week we like to go to one of the dog runs or parks nearby. It's always a great opportunity for the dogs to socialize and run to their hearts' content. That's one of the best parts of living in Brooklyn, so many dogs to meet!
