Annie truly enjoyed her stay and playing with the other guests as evidenced by her disposition when I picked her up and the the daily photos. “Haoran was absolutely amazing! She took care of my pup for five days and was incredibly attentive and patient the whole time. I really appreciated how she took the time to observe and learn about my dog’s personality to help her feel more comfortable. Communication was excellent throughout, and my very active dog got tons of exercise — she even went on a two-hour hike that she absolutely loved! When my pup ran out of food, Haoran kindly provided her own without hesitation. My dog can be pretty anxious, but Haoran and her husband showed such patience and genuine care. I’m so grateful for her passion for animals and will definitely be booking with her again!”
