When we picked Bella up she was very comfortable in their home and was resting with Kathryn and Jeremy. Right after drop-off, she sent us a message with photos to let us know how our dog was settling in, which was incredibly comforting. Throughout the three days, she kept us updated with pictures and messages, and we could clearly see that our dog was getting plenty of playtime, exercise, good food, and enjoying time with the other dog. When we picked her up, our dog was calm, balanced, and happy—which says everything. We would recommend Haoran anytime. She has a beautiful space with plenty of room for dogs to play, and she took excellent care of our dog while keeping us consistently updated, which we truly appreciated.”
