I cannot articulate how excellent Jenn was. She watched our dog during a heat wave, fireworks, poor air quality, and massive storms - not an easy combination! She kept him entertained with indoor play, frozen licky pads, and plenty of walks and kept us updated with great photos and videos. Our house was spotless when we returned, with clean sheets and towels. She even tried to trouble shoot a finnicky drier and stayed later than planned given a delayed flight. Highly recommend!!!
Dobby is generally anxious about meeting new people but he warmed up to Ixchel quickly. She managed his quirks and challenges well and without complaint. We returned home to a happy and healthy dog and a clean apartment. We would definitely book with Ixchel again!
Lakshmi was AWESOME. She was terrific with our pup. She even enticed her to eat dog food she normally avoids. And the dog was obviously super happy, not just in the (many!) pics Lakshmi sent but also when we got home. She was super flexible, communicative, caring — all around great. We will definitely ask her to sit again!
Our pug, Marco Polo, immediately liked Molly. Her quiet, calm, warm demeanor won his (and us) over. She sent twice-daily updates with multiple photos. Upon our return after two nights and three days away, we found Marco calm, obviously well-cared for, and secure. Molly is an excellent communicator. I felt confident as soon as we began our initial chat. Knowing that our Marco is in good hands made it possible for us to be away with a clear mind.
Ahniya was amazing! We had to find a sitter last minute and we got SUPER lucky to find her! She stayed at our apartment with our two small dogs. Ahniya sent tons of pictures and updates and we just knew our dogs were being so loved and taken care of. She’s kind and trustworthy, just the best person I could ever imagine to take care of our dogs. 10/10 would recommend for your pets care. Thank you so much Ahniya!!! Having Walter housesit and dogsit made my recent trip much less stressful! Walter was easy to work with and showed great affection for my senior pup. Walter was understanding of Watson's needs and asked helpful follow-up questions. I will definitely rebook Walter in the future.
Toni is an extremely kind, compassionate and conscientious person. She doted on Honey and spent lots of time with her. She gave 100% making Honey have a great staycation. We were in communication every day, and I loved all the photos and videos. My home was also very neat and clean when I returned. I would definitely have Toni back again
Cristopher took care of my puppy Sagan while I went on a day trip. He was absolutely fantastic: right on time for meet and greet and the day of, super attentive to Sagan’s care instructions, warm and approachable and sent so many updates of his day with Sagan, including a two hour walk that left Sagan fulfilled and happy for the rest of the day. Will definitely be reaching out again when Sagan needs more care, and the best sitter I’ve booked on Rover so far!

Jeffrey was fantastic. This was our first time using a dog/house sitter and I felt totally comfortable leaving our nervous pup with him. He watered the outdoor plants and kept them alive during a ridiculously hot long weekend. And he was really flexible when thunderstorms delayed our flight and we thought we might not get back that evening. We're so grateful for his work!
Lauren was an absolutely terrific Dog Sitter!! She was genuinely excited to be with our 3 fur babies, treated them as if they were her own, asked lots of questions and followed our directions to the letter. One of our pups had a medical emergency and Lauren could not have been more attentive and caring and compassionate. She went out of her way to take our pup to the vet, made sure he had all of his medications, and then ultimately taking him to the vet emergency hospital, all the while, caring for our other two pups as well. She went above and beyond and we are eternally grateful. She’s the best!
