About: I’ve loved animals all my life. I’ve had pets of my own, as well as cared for pets from puppies all the way up to the elder animals! I always like to make sure pets are happy and healthy. I’m currently enrolled in college, and work another part time job, but still have plenty of availability for your pets! My availability will be marked in the calendar for each week, and doesn’t normally change. At your home, I will make sure I learn your pet’s routine and what they are comfortable with. Their sleeping spots, their toys, where they use the bathroom, etc. I’m all about making sure your pets are comfortable and happy!

“Madison is awesome. She is a vet tech in training which gave us great confidence. She is an excellent communicator. We will definitely book with her again.”

“Brenton is very reliable and took excellent care of our cat. He stayed in touch and gave us consistent updates. Our place was clean when we returned. We unreservedly recommend Brenton to take care of your pets. We will be hiring him again if we have to travel.”

About: I have taken care of family and friends dogs for as long as I can remember. From feeding, grooming, picking up their droppings, and walking. I have experience in older dogs and have assist on administering medication. Only have experience in neonatal care for kittens. Other skills include: -Deep cleaning and administrating medication for flea prevention. -Using a variety of automatic feeders and chip-reader feeders. -Deep cleaning mechanical feeders and water bowl. -Neonatal kitten care: Bottle feeding, stimulating their elimination, keeping safe, warm, and clean. I’m currently part time and will be available during the afternoon and weekends! I can do other times if I’m somehow available or have enough notice. I currently have two cats! Harlow (3) and Sasha (4), I love them so much and want to give them the best life! Ways I do this is… enough toys, tall cat tree, and bird feeder to stimulate them mentally and physically so they won’t be bored or act out due to boredom. I feed them grain-free food and treats to make sure their tummy’s are healthy (they’re also very picky)! I clean their litter box twice a day and deep clean it weekly to prevent soils outside the litter box. I snuggle with them as much as I possible can!

“Emily cared for my kitties perfectly!! I feel completely safe with my home and my babies in her care. I will be happy to have her sit for me again. ❤️”

About: I have fostered dogs for the past 6 years and love seeing my furry friends find new homes. I have been working at a childcare facility for the past 2 years so I am familiar with playing and caring for a little buddy. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own that I couldn't live without. I am physically active and can take your dogs for walks or runs. I also have experience caring for older dogs as many of the fosters we take in are retired breeding dogs with health issues. I would love to meet your pets. I am about to graduate from college and am looking for supplemental income while I find my dream job. I have nothing holding me down so I am available for most everything. I have a car and can drive to your house at any time of day and/or stay over there to watch your pets/watch your home.

About: Hello, My name is Sunny! I have always been a huge animal lover my whole life, from horses to rats I’ve taken care of them all. I also interned for the humane society for a little under a year while in highschool. I am a rising sophomore at App state and would love to fill my time with dog walking or house sitting. If you’re in need of any help with your animals don’t hesitate to reach out! I have a pretty open schedule this summer, I occasionally babysit but do not have a regular set schedule. I’m available to help on weekdays as well as weekends! I do not offer boarding in my home but am willing to care for the animals in any way that the owner recommend. I enjoys taking dogs on long walks to get their energy out and spending quality time so they don’t feel lonely while the owners away.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was a little kid! My family has always had a dog in our home. I have ample experience with taking care of other people’s dogs. I have had some small jobs with taking care of a both a neighbors doggo or a friends! I am very familiar with the ins and outs of dog walking and I am sure me and your furry friend will get along just fine! I also have a kitty of my own and have ample experience with taking care of other people’s kitters as well! I’m currently in between jobs, so I can be available any time to walk, babysit, or play with your furry friends! I am local to Boone, so I can be booked without a whole lot of notice. I am very familiar with crating dogs as well as walking the slightly more energetic kind of pup. I am able to easily handle a dog during a walk if they see another dog or animal, as my current pup is of the energetic type.

“Katy was great! Easy going and very communicative. Made sure our kitties got the attention we wanted to make sure they had while we were away. Would definitely rebook!”

“I am giving Maddi 4 stars only because she cancelled the second visit the day of the appointment while we were gone for the day. We booked 2 visits the same day and the first one didn’t go well and Maddi decided not to come back. Unfortunately, we were out of town for the day and couldn’t make other arrangements the last minute. I only deducted one star as I know she tried to make our puppy comfortable but she is very protective and just needs more time to warm up to new people.”

“Kayla was fantastic! She made my cats feel comfortable and they are usually afraid of new people. I definitely recommend her for hanging out with your kitties!”

“Great job! Our cat was well taken care of and loved.”

I love animals and am using this time when I can’t have one to love the animals around me. I’m currently working part-time so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pet! Whenever I have watched pets in the past, I work my schedule around their needs. My previous job even allowed animals so I could bring them to work with me and give them care all day. I will not be able to stay at your house 24/7 due to my schedule. I will also have to go home for school breaks (winter/summer/spring). When I am at home (Newport News, VA), I will be available 24/7. Just message me and I'll let you know if my location has changed or will be changing before the date you need. But I will be doing my best to change my location on here in a timely manner. I'm a big advocate for playtime. I won't just stand around your house during the scheduled visits and let your dog be bored. We'll play with toys and run around and if you have a fenced in yard you can be sure I'll be out there throwing a tennis ball or playing tug of war with your pup until they're exhausted. I'll make sure our walks leave your dog well excersized and ready to nap for hours after we get home.

“Lindsay has cared for my pets several times. I have 2 Golden Retrievers and a Australian Shepherd. One of the Goldens is blind and not easy to care for. Lindsay would sit on the ground outside with that dog as long as the dog wanted to sit. She is a quiet loving soul. Their diets are all different and she had not trouble feeding them, also my 3 cats. I would recommend Lindsay to everyone. She is one of the best, very punctual and kind.”

10. Sunny W.
“Sunny is the youngest of our three daughters and she was noticeably the animal lover from a young age. She has owned a variety of animals and has always been very attentive and loving to them all. As a family, we have always had three to four dogs at a time ( also a horse, cats, rats, hamsters... ) and Sunny was the one who was in charge out of our three daughters when my husband and I would leave town. At one time, one of our dogs had a seizure disorder and another had dementia due to old age both at the same time. It was a difficult time with all the meds and the general discomfort our dogs were in. Sunny was always diligent about giving them their medications on time and correctly and giving them the extra attention they so needed. She is always taking her dog Junior on hikes and to the dog park and whenever she has to be away from him, she constantly asks for updates and photos. Sunny will give your animals all they need while they are in her care. It has always been in her nature and it's what she loves to do:)”

“Irene is a dependable dog lover! She enjoys her time with my goldendoodle, Jack, which helps him enjoy his time as well. He is usually anxious when I am gone, so I appreciate the attention and affection Irene supplies in my absence.”

19. Syd D.
“Syd has been an avid pet love their whole life. Ever since they were a little kid all they have ever wanted to do was to take care of animals. It never mattered what kind either. Frogs, snakes, lizzards, chipmunks, dogs, cats, etc...they have experience working with them all. Now they are majoring in wild life rehabilitation at a tremendous school in order to fulfill their lifelong dream of helping as many animals as they can. A type 1 diabetic since 18 months old forced Syd to grow up very quickly and learn about self care and responsibility at a very early age. This has only gotten stronger as they have grown and now that same responsibility encompasses every aspect of their life. Syd is an amazing person and the biggest animal lover you will ever come across. Nobody will make a better caregiver than Syd.”

20. Sydney H.
“Sydney has always been a lover of animals. It was no surprise that she would choose to go to school to be a veterinarian. Shes patient, trustworthy and kind! 100% recommend her to take care of your pets!”
