About: Hi! My name is Chesnut. I’m kind and compassionate and will love caring for your furry buddy. I have grown up taking care of my family’s dogs and have two of my own for the last five years. P.s. If you have a really active dog, I love taking dogs on runs or hikes or long walks. I work from home so available all week long. On weekends my husband and I tend to go hiking, so if the dogs enjoy hikes we will take them, but if not then we can adjust our schedules. We have an unfenced yard for potty breaks (leashed), but will take the dogs to the local dog park for exercise or on leashed walks/hikes.

About: I’ve got 35+ years of real-world dog care behind me — both my own and pet-sitting for others. Started as a kid, never stopped. I’ve done everything from house sitting to giving meds, from puppies to seniors. Bottom line: dogs are family here. I work full-time from home, so your dog is never left alone or bored. My own dog, Marty, is a black mouth cur mix who is 8 yrs old and loves company! I’m home all day working remotely, so pet care slips right into my routine. Your dog’s not going to be alone or ignored. They’ll hang out with me while I work, get attention during breaks, and have a stable daily rhythm. Basically, they’re part of my normal day-to-day life. I have a large yard for supervised play and a fenced-in area with a dog door, so your dog has room to roam safely. It’s a calm, secure environment where dogs can just be themselves without stress. Kennel or no kennel — either is fine with me. Your dog can sleep wherever they’re most comfortable at night. I stick to whatever routines or instructions you give me and treat every dog like they’re part of the family.

About: I have always had a dog since the age of 5. I have trained and taken care of dogs basically my whole life! However, I don’t train, just have done the basics with mine :) I’m here to take care of your pet, and provide ease of mind so you can enjoy whatever you may be doing! I am currently a stay at home mom! I have a small, Maltese, male dog myself, so taking care of a pet is part of our routine! We go on walks and can allow for your pet to lounge and be lazy if needed too! My schedule is flexible, however there may be times I am gone for 2-4 hours at a time. My dog is very easy and flexible, so if yours is too, this is the perfect place! We do not have a fence, but we have a place where we can go on walks in our neighborhood. It’s very dog friendly! If your dog needs to be crated, they can be crated here. My dog is crated at times, but can also stay out, so if yours is trained, I am happy to let them stay out in the house. I can feed your pet at anytime, and provide multiple walks during the day depending on the need. I have a lazy dog, who enjoys sleeping most of the day, so I am able to meet your dogs varied needs!

About: I’ve been caring for pets for over 10 years. I grew up with a family dog from the time I was nine, and now that I’m in college, I have a fur baby of my own who I’m currently training. She loves people and enjoys playing with other dogs, so your pup will have a friendly buddy around! In addition to personal experience, I’ve also worked at the Boys & Girls Club of America, where I would bring in dogs for the kids to read to. Watching the joy it brought both the children and the dogs was truly unforgettable. Caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life, and I can’t wait to give your pet the same love and attention. I attend classes through the week, They are only a hour and half long and I have breaks in between. If I have to run an errand my furry friends are more than welcome to go ride along Making sure your pet feels loved and safe — whether in my home or yours — is always my top priority. I’m happy to let pets roam freely around the house and follow their normal routine, since I know from experience with my own fur baby how important consistency is. I want your pet to feel completely comfortable, so if they have a favorite spot to nap or prefer sleeping wherever they choose, that’s perfectly fine with me.
