About: I’ve always been an animal lover, from horses to reptiles! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and some of the others throughout. We recently lost our dog to cancer at just shy of 13 years old, and I’m currently volunteering as a dog walker at the animal shelter to help fill that void. With the limited hours available there, I thought we could try this avenue as well. I work full time, but my daughter and I would love to find a dog to walk Wednesday through Friday evenings, or weekends! We are available some weekends for dog/cat care while you’re away as well. We love walking dogs, playing fetch, petting them, and providing lots of love. We enjoy playing with cat toys, and giving them plenty of attention as well.
About: I've taken care of animals since as long as I can remember! In total I have had 1 Beagle, 2 Golden Retrievers and 3 Cats to my name. I have fostered a total of 6 rabbits, 12 Cats, and 1 mouse that was pregnant and turned into 10 mice. I also drive a minivan, which gives me the ability to safely transport pets when needed and provide opportunities for outdoor time and adventures. I can also help look after your home while you’re away by watering plants, bringing in mail and packages, taking out the trash, and making sure everything is secure. About: Not only have I taken care of dogs for a family vet since I was 9, I worked at a doggy daycare and boarding facility for years! I’ve taken dogs on countless walks, playdates, and even administered medication and provided first aid. Your pup is loved and cared for in my hands! I currently attend ETSU full time, with many gaps between my classes. I am available pretty much all day, every day, with the exception of a few one-hour classes! I come prepared to visit your pup! I let them approach me at their own speed, pace their walk how they please, and observe their body language and adjust accordingly! I have experience in introducing dogs, providing medical assistance, general care for all types of animals, and in rare cases, swiftly and safely breaking up dog fights.

Safety and trust are my top priorities. When I am in your home, I am respectful of your space and extremely vigilant about door safety and environment hazards. I am honest about my capabilities; I would never attempt a medical or care task if I wasn't 100% confident I could do it safely. My vehicle is also set up for safety, with plenty of room and when needed a leash that conect to their collar or harness then buckes to the backseat so your pets are secure while we are on the go.
