“Shelby is an excellent sitter. We burdened her with a litany of tasks for our three cats: litter boxes, food, water, water fountains, meds, and she handled them with professionalism and efficiency. She got her share of surprises too, including some cat vomit. Again, not rattled. Shelby did everything we asked of her, and was so attentive to our cats, playing with them in between tasks and sending boatloads of pictures. Her report cards are detailed and yet concise. Highly recommend her.”

“Jordan is amazing! I truly appreciated her excellent communication, genuine care, and professionalism. My very shy cat never lets anyone else touch him, but thanks to Jordan’s patience and kindness, I saw pictures of him being petted by her—which I could hardly believe! I will absolutely be using her services again and cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“Leaving a pet at home when we go on a trip has always been stressful for us. This was our first time using Rover and we are so glad we did. Kim did an amazing job looking after our cat while we were away. She was punctual, which we were grateful for, so as to keep our kitty's routine as normal as possible. We received daily pictures, as well as texts, on how each visit went. She was quick to respond to all of my text messages and just gave us such peace of mind knowing things were being done just as we would do them while were gone. We will absolutely be contacting Kim in the future for all of our pet sitting needs. Couldn't be happier!”

“Janyse checked in on our five(!) cats while we were on a 10-day vacation, and I couldn't have been more pleased that I chose her! From her first introductory visit, where our cats immediately loved her, I knew this would be a great fit. What's special about Janyse is that she doesn't seem to do this for money or as a job, but because she truly enjoys the animals she works with. She always seemed delighted to have spent time with them! She was diligent and took great care of the cats, but this joy in doing her job is what really sets her apart. Plus, her daily reports were so much fun! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Janyse to anyone.”

“Naomi took the best care of my cat while I was gone for a work trip. She gave Bella lots of love and followed all directions that were left. We can’t wait for Naomi to pet sit again!”

“Matthew was great checking in on our pups and providing us with some peace of mind while we had to head into the city. During the meet and greet, Matthew was so polite and asked very thoughtful questions about the hopes/expectations for our drop-in visits. We came to home to happy dogs and wouldn’t hesitate to request him for future services. Thank you Matthew.”

“This is the 2nd time we called upon Katija and for almost a 2 week trip! She put my mind at ease with daily texts letting us know Arwen was doing well and she took on a few extra tasks like emptying/cleaning out the litter box like a champ. Thank you for taking good care of our little fur baby!!”

“Stephanie went above and beyond her duties to make sure my cats were meeting all their needs while I was away. She won them over with treats and playtime so they felt comfortable having her take care of them. Daily updates with multiple pictures to keep my mind at ease. I couldn’t recommend her more.”

“Went above and beyond! So very thankful for Lisa’s help with my animals. I had a cat and rabbit and she took excellent care of both, even cleaned their cage areas and gave them lots of love and pictures!”

“Dee is awesome! Helped us out last minute over the holidays. Super flexible and communicative. Would 100 percent recommend and will be asking her to care for our kitties in the future!”

“Elizabeth took fantastic care of our kitty and our home. We came home to a happy pet, our mail and packages brought in, and the place looks just as we left it. (And possibly, she also refilled our bird feeder? Not at our request, but I’m sure the birds appreciated it, and we do too!) Elizabeth is a great communicator and seemed very down to earth, which helped us felt at ease leaving her to take care. She sent regular kitty updates and photos which we also really appreciate when hiring a Rover sitter. We would certainly recommend her as a pet and house sitter, and would 100% book again.”

About: I have had a love for pets, dog specifflay pretty much since I was born. My first word wasn’t the typical ‘mama’ or ‘dada’ but ‘doggy’. Growing up my family always had multiple dogs. Ever since I can remember I’ve always loved taking care of my dogs. Whether taking them on walks, feeding them, giving them bath and everything in between mots of my free time has been spent with my dogs. I love seeing all of the dogs in my neighborhood and I can’t wait to meet them up close. I currently run a small crochet business. Being a small business owner means setting my own schedule. I am ale to free up my schedule super easily to accommodate pet care any time. Back in Montana all of the dogs I had growing up required different types of care. I’ve had experience with chill dogs who are content to sit inside all day that I’ve had to make go on walks and more energetic dog who could go on 5 walks and still be bouncing around. I also have had dogs that need crates and one who roamed the house. Each dog has been different so I have experience with many types of pet care

“Alex is the best! She took such great care of our kitty while we were gone - she was communicative, and took great photos of our cat which we of course loved seeing while away. She also went above and beyond with house stuff like bringing in packages, bringing in our garbage/recycling bins, etc. Will definitely be booking her again!”

About: I've taken care of our dogs growing up and both dogs and cats for friends, family, and strangers. Everyone has been happy with my care. I have a full time job currently but I will still be available to help watch your pets with good notice. I will be updating my calendar as I receive my schedule. My job sends out a schedule for 2 weeks at a time. With plenty of notice and details for care I'll make sure they stay happy while you are gone. I can only take care of pets in the owner's home as I live in a place that doesn't allow pets. I usually ask for owners to leave a list of details for care for their pets. If pets are nervous I prefer to stop by and meet them when their owners are home a day or so in advance so I'm not a complete stranger. But if that isn't an option I'm ok working with your pets so they are comfortable when I get there.

About: I take care of our three dog, i make sure they have water and they are walked and they are clean, i also watched a puppy for a friend for a week and a half I love hanging out with any animal, they are so cute and cuddly, i couldn't imagine my life without any animals, they are a part of me I like to watch at the clients home, but if they need the dog out for the day i can take them to a dog park or if they don't get along with other dogs we can go to a park somewhere away

“Jessica was a phenomenal sitter. Sadie needs meds 2× a day. Anyone who has cats, know they are notorious for being bad patients. Jessica won her over with patience and fortitude. She gave us the cold shoulder on our return, but only for a short time and no loud complaints about us leaving her. Would recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a pet sitter”
