About: Hi, my name is Margaret and I would love to take care of your furry friend! I grew up with dogs and cats of all different sizes. I have years of experience with a variety of dogs and their unique personalities. I am a teacher, so my schedule allows me to give a lot of attention to your dog, especially on the weekends and during the summer break. My husband and I own a house in Murray Hill. Our house has a fenced in backyard. There is also a park just a block from our house that is perfect for running around and playing fetch. We have a labradoodle, Olive, who loves playing with other doggos. We also have an indoor/outdoor cat, Lola, that tolerates being around dogs, as most cats do. I am an elementary school teacher so my schedule is fairly flexible during the school year. Evenings, weekends, holidays, and summers offer me plenty of time to check in and be with your furry friends! I have a playful labradoodle that will keep your pup busy and entertained as well as a dog door to a fenced in backyard that keeps them safe and allows for all the potty breaks. The dog door can be closed off if needed.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs most of my life and have lived with multiple cat owners as well. I feel like pets like my calm and loving demeanor 😊 I enjoy the flexibility this profession allows and I love the outdoors. If your pet wants a long walk in the sun or just needs to stretch its legs in the backyard I’m down for either! 😁 I feel as though my laid back demeanor is great for working with animals and even the pickiest cats have fallen for me. I’m great at reading the body language of animals and know when they want a belly rub or when they want me to sit six feet away.

About: I have taken care of many different types of dogs since I started dogsitting at a young age. I have had the opportunity to dogsit french bulldogs, labradors, golden retrievers, doodles of all kinds, and beagles! I am excited to have the opportunity to take care of your furry family members and help you out!! I work from home so I have a flexible schedule that allows me to leave and take walks when needed. I also wake up early in the morning so I am happy to take your pups on their morning walk if need be! I like starting my morning early anyways, so it's a plus if I get to add a furry friend to it as well!! I am an attentive caretaker due to my work-from-home job. It allows me the flexibility to drop in on your pets, take them for walks to the park and give them a lot of love.

About: I’ve been looking after pets my whole life, dogs, cats, chickens, goats, geese, and even a peacock one time! Right now I have two lil kitties of my own that are the light of my life. I am available at anytime to play with your pups and kitties! I can visit at least two- three times a day to look after your babies! I will do my best to send a picture or fun video every visit for you and your families peace of mind. Please give list of instructions for me if you have specific preferences on how to care for them.

My day naturally includes regular walks, outdoor time to explore and stay engaged with the neighborhood, and interactive play (plus a few fun dance breaks!). I’m very mindful of maintaining each dog’s established routine, including feeding schedules, walk times, and any special care instructions, to help them feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. With a fenced-in yard and a friendly resident pup, dogs in my care get both companionship and a safe space to play. About: I worked in the dog grooming industry for 20 years. I've bathed and walked every kind of dog! I love animals and at my age walking is all I'm up for now lol I'm retired but still need the love of a dog. The variety I had at the grooming shop has left me wanted it again. I have 2 small older dogs whom I've had since they we're puppies. But they sleep a lot and aren't up to walking anymore... So this is a happy alternative for me. “Vizslas are notoriously aloof and skeptical with new people. Moose is also currently in his angsty tween stage. We had a few previous meetings and greets where he decided he wasn’t a good match with the prospective dog walkers. Jordan arrived on time dressed both professionally and appropriately for a first meeting and walk with a high energy dog. She took the time to introduce herself, meet and bond with Moose, and was very easy to get along with and knowledgeable about not only working dogs but also the Rover program itself. She immediately put both myself and moose at ease. She spent time in the back yard playing fetch with him (he tends to make you feel like you’re an automatic tennis ball thrower) and then took him for a nice walk. She quickly learned his hand signals and Dutch and English voice commands. He was very disappointed to see his new friend go and is looking forward to his next adventure with her- as he has been missing his daily runs with me and now has a new awesome exercise buddy! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!”

About: Hi there! My name is Kate and my husband's name is Josh. We have both been pet owners our entire lives and absolutely love caring for other pets as well as our own 3 (G + Sadie + Toby — Chihuahua Mix + Rat Terrier + Jack Russel Terrier). We own a home in Jacksonville just off 295 on the west side with a large fenced-in backyard and quiet neighborhood. So lots of walking, running around and play time if you were to have your pet stay here with us and our 3 pups! Our babies are typically social but at the very least tolerant of other dogs as long as the dog is not too hyper or trying to mess with them. My husband and I both work from home so your baby(s) will get non stop attention. We only board small to medium size dogs (less than 30 pounds, some exceptions - feel free to ask). Your dog(s) must get along with other dogs or at least tolerate them. All dogs are separated at feeding times. We are used to serving regular dry, wet, mixtures, raw foods, and administering medications including injectables. With our flexible schedule, we will have plenty of time to walk, play and/or love your pet(s). Our home is extremely safe and doors are always locked (even when we are home). Our neighbors are all extremely nice. Our dogs typically lay on the couch, in their dog beds in our office or on our bed. All get lots of love, pets and treats every day 🙂
