About: I have been taking care of various animals on my own since I was around 9 years old! I used to walk dogs around my neighborhood, and have experience taking care of them (feeding, giving medications, cleaning, etc). I have worked with dogs of all different ages, including ones with different health issues. I am great working with cats, and have two of my own! I frequently cat-sit and house-sit for many people. I also have experience taking care of other animals, such as hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits. I love working with and taking care of all different animals! I would love to work out whatever schedule works best for everyone involved! I would be available varying weekdays and weekends throughout the day to take care of your animals. Again, I am available to discuss certain days or schedules that would work best for individuals. I would not be able to bring any other dogs or cats to my own home, but I would be available to house sit or watch your animals in other environments! I have experience house sitting and cleaning up after the animals, as well as feeding and taking care of them. I would be able to follow walking and feeding schedules, and would love to take the dogs to parks or on longer walks if needed! About: I have experience training and caring for dogs and cats. I Specialize in dogs with hearing issues/ deafness. Both of my dogs are graduates of multiple behavioral and obedience classes resulting in our therapy certifications. We visit a multitude of schools, hospitals and other wellness centers. All volunteer work done by my companions and myself is strictly a passion and non profit. I was inspired by a visitation to my grandfather by a golden retriever, when my grandfather was in the hospital for open heart surgery. Seeing my grandfathers reaction to a dog visitation while he was in the hospital was a monumental moment for me that further inspired my passion and drive to work with dogs. I currently work early mornings for a government agency as an officer which gives me a lot of available free time at off times of the day and week. Making me readily available to care for your pets . A fenced yard is a must. My dogs are trained and raised to be curious and outgoing, thus a fence is needed. Although my dogs don’t need a leash, I find it’s necessary to generally have a leash attached. I allow my dogs to be curious, and put there noses where many wouldn’t generally allow. It’s important to always cover your stove switches/ burners with dog safety devices!. But ultimately I strongly believe in allowing your dogs and pets to be curious and open to learning. Dogs and cats alike are much smarter then most realize, and I believe this is there first time living as well.. and deserve the best experiences life has to offer!
