Since I’m her primary person and she basically mopes when I’m gone, even if being looked after by someone she knows and loves, I didn’t have any expectation that she would become best pals or anything, and that was the case and is fine. But she warmed up to Omar quickly when I was there. And she felt secure enough with him to sleep in the bed when the fireworks were happening and take comfort from his presence. Erin walked all the dogs, played with the cat and watered and fed the parakeets. We felt good knowing she was taking care of all our pets and managing other things at the house. We will definitely have Erin help us out again.
Leah was wonderful with Ruby and our family. She made us feel comfortable sending numerous videos, pictures and communicating with us. She took care to make Ruby comfortable since she is often shy with new people. She took her for walks and played her favorite games. We highly recommend her to all who are looking for someone to take care of their special pet.
Karen was incredible with our 2 dogs. We are typically stressed traveling from bad experiences with rovers but Karen was really the best. Very communicative with tons of updates. She took amazing care of our boys and we will absolutely look to use her again in the future. Highly highly recommend.
Gianna did a great job with the dogs. Not only did she really care about animals, as was evident by our first meeting, but she read my (ridiculously detailed) instructions and remembered everything in them, really following the dogs' routine and understanding what they wanted before they - or I - even had to ask. She sent tons of great pictures and we felt confident that the dogs were in great hands. What we didn't know is that our house, too, was in great hands - it was cleaner when we came home than it was when we left! Seriously: even the dog toys, which are usually scattered all over the house, were all in their toy basket for the first time in years. We highly recommend Gianna to anyone considering her services!
Rachel is, indeed, very energetic & outgoing. I was delighted to see how friendly my dog felt towards her after our trip was over. He (& I) will definitely request her again for another trip. My cats are not as easily won over but she managed to help them feel better thru their huge separation anxiety & they were doing well when we returned home. Rachel was terrific about communicating with me thru out & sending photos.
Xena was great! We just moved into town and she made it so easy and stress free to know our fur kiddo was well taken care of when going out of town. She was forgiving of the chaos of our house due to the unpacking and was able to support Levi as a senior. Will be booking again when we need a dog sitter!
