Hi I’m Lauren! I am a personal trainer and yoga teacher and have also cared for clients’ cats, dogs and homes over the years, which has proved to be a fun and rewarding side gig! My parents have a mini dachshund who I adore and I have also owned guinea pigs since I was a child. I love rodents! I have also worked with numerous senior and special needs cats and dogs. I can make sure your home is neat and tidy, tend to your plants, and even provide an energy cleanse for your space!

I think animals can feel that I’m a safe person. I’ve practiced yoga and meditation for over a decade and I think they recognize the vibe 😆 I make an effort to respect them as just other beings who I coexist with. I see our time together as mutually healing.

Lauren was amazing! We came home to a clean house and happy pets. Our dog has Crohn's disease, and flare-ups are often triggered by stress when we leave. But when we came home, he was calm and happy. I would definitely book Lauren again!
Lauren did a great job caring for my home and for my special needs cat, Bug. When I returned home from my trip, Bug was clearly well brushed and groomed, calm, and comfortable. My home was clean, my plants were happy, and the space was neat and tidy. I would recommend her for any pet parents and especially to frequent travelers hoping to have their home and pets cared for while they are gone!
Lauren has worked with me for 6 years and I trust her with the care of my precious pets. She is able to give medication and deal with elderly and quirky cats. Upon my return, my house is as I left it, cat dishes are washed, and the litterbox is clean. But most importantly, my pets are happy and healthy. I highly recommend her services.

Schedule
I work for myself part time so house sitting, drop-ins and walks work well for my lifestyle. I enjoy experiencing new critters, places and spaces so this work is overall a good fit for me!
