Not only did she really care about animals, as was evident by our first meeting, but she read my (ridiculously detailed) instructions and remembered everything in them, really following the dogs' routine and understanding what they wanted before they - or I - even had to ask. What we didn't know is that our house, too, was in great hands - it was cleaner when we came home than it was when we left!
