“I can’t recommend Kelsi enough! She took amazing care of my Great Dane puppy, Wax, over the weekend. From the moment I dropped him off, I felt completely at ease knowing he was in great hands. My favorite part of the experience was all the pictures Kelsi sent—seeing Wax play and enjoy himself made me feel so relieved while I was away. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. Kelsi truly went above and beyond, and I’ll absolutely trust her with Wax again. Five stars all the way!”

“Amy has been great to us. We've boarded with her several times, and our nervous pup has gotten comfortable staying with her. Amy is great on communication and sending updates”

“Our puppy had the best week with Cyndi! Cyndi loved her like her own puppy and treated her so well. She sent many updates (twice a day) and really went above and beyond. We will use Cyndi for sure in the future!”

“Shakita is the best. She's super accommodating, she took my morkiepoo in after I booked the night before and took great care of him. She sent several update pictures and videos throughout the entire stay and made me feel so at ease leaving my dog with someone else. It was the first time he boarded with someone and I'm excited to board with her whenever the need comes up again. Highly recommend if you've got a nervous little pup and you're worried about leaving them with someone else. He seemed really happy during his visit and afterwards.”

“My pooch was very well cared for with Susan! She has a sweet dog herself that was great play companion. Appreciated daily pics to keep me updated of how she was doing!”

“Sheri was the ABSOLUTE BEST! She has a beautiful family and my dog fell in love with all of them. She did an exceptional job of taking care of my dog and even went the extra mile and cleaned his little eye boogers. Also, she kept me updated with lots of photos which definitely put me at ease. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!”

“Our older dog, Olive, had a great overnight stay at Matt’s. We always feel comfortable leaving her there and appreciate the twice-daily updates with pics.”

“My dog had an amazing time with Michelle and Milo - She liked it so much it seemed she didn’t want to leave! Seriously, Michelle took great care of my girl and made sure all of her needs were taken care of.”

“She was the perfect sitter! She had great communication! I loved the videos she sent! I felt so good talking to Shanisse! She made me feel so comfortable leaving my little pup there. She was great!”

About: Large fenced in backyard. Daily walks when weather cooperates (often times twice a day). We have a sweet old pup who still loves to play and would love a friend. We have had dogs all our lives and give lots of love. Will send pics daily or more often as desired. Our two boys are very sweet to dogs and are excited for more pups to play with and cuddle. I work from home and get up super early so I have time for walks before work. Work is flexible so I can care for the pup(s) as needed throughout the day. My 8 year old son gets home from school at 3 and would love a pup to play or hang out with. I have a large fenced in backyard and a sweet old pup who still likes to play and would love the company. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Ashland
Words can’t express how grateful we were to find Shakita! Our plans changed at the last minute requiring a panicked search for a sitter. Our dog Harley is only 6 pounds, so we were nervous about leaving her with just anyone. Shakita’s reviews were excellent and knowing that she had smaller dogs put us at ease. Her communication was excellent and she often provided pictures and video. It was clear that Harley was having a ball with her new friends. She was on a vacation just as much as we were!

5 Stars all the way! Diva and Bossman lived their stay with Shakita. Shakita was attentive and snuggled the dogs, giving them the much needed hugs and attention they wanted. We will be coming back to have Shakita take care of them again! The dogs were happy, and Shakita took pictures throughout the weekend, which was so nice knowing that these babies were truly calm and happy! Can’t wait to book again with Shakita!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
